Virat has seen these things happen with his mother for years. Despite the horrible way Chavans behave with her, Ashwini still stuck on to CN. So may be he is not understanding the intensity of these taunts or the effect it has on a person. May be he is not fully understanding things because he was never subject to such verbal abuse everyday. Ashwini should have taken an initiative to make him see the pain she went through for years. Yes somehow i blame Ashwini too..she bhaves too good and too naive which irritates me..she should at least speak up to her son now..she didn’t share her pain It's ok but now her daughter in law also going Through same but she wants her too tolerate and stay with her son isn’t something appropriate in my eyes..i agree that somehow may b that's reason is also have a bit part to be blamed that Virat is this much bland to sense his familys abuses towards his wife and mother..

Virat really likes to be in a bubble of big happy joint family so he lets things go till they can be evaded. The problem is he is not realising how venomous that family is towards his wife's mental health...

But I am sure he has not seen her breaking down the way she did in morning...if he was there he would not have let them go to that extent.. The only problem is he is not realising they have the tendency to go to that extent in his absence and he might have to use his intelligence of understanding without any bias of belonging to that family. He believes Sai can handle and she does it quite many times, so he stays out of it. However does not realise that its affecting her mentally.

PS: My thoughts are all scattered here.. Havent watched the episode since Tuesday..Aslo I am in a hurry..Work calls 🤓 My writeup based on what I have seen before and also the WUs. I hope I made some sense here.

That is the prblm actually virat lives in a delusion where he thinks his family is an ideal family where everyone is happy with each other only with sai they are not happy but it is not a big deal,,,, but what sai is going through in his house how his family members are treating her is actually a crime,,no girl wants to live in such mad house.. if we will see sai who is 18/19 yrs old she has no family her father died few month’s ago and she is being treated as trash or some one unwanted nd got taunted everyday by so called dil ke ache bade log how can virat overlook this situation of sai as normal nok jhok of a family and especially when he himself is witnessing pakhi’s value infront of his family compare to sai,,, there is no character growth in virat even after 200 episodes

I feel it's not his fault. At times when the husband is not at home he doesn't know the full story. If the wife herself chooses not to divulge any details how will he know the truth. Even during the party discussion it was Mohit who told him about Sai not being invited. Today Sai had the opportunity. She could have divulged the whole truth to Virat.

This pakhi does all this nakhrey only because she knows these chavan hyenas run after her and taunt sairat for her.... so if sairat just minded their own business and didn't give a damn about what pakhi is doing, not doing, how she's feeling then these hyenas would just eventually give up hounding them for their fave bahu and pakhi would give up with her attention seeking behaviour if she sees her antics all falling to death ears in front of virat or sai. She just wants a reaction out of everyone just to get virat's attention and to get everyone to belittle sai, so sairat just need to stop caring about pakhi altogether so that pakhi and her supporters will eventually find it pointless trying to expect or want anything from sairat.

This is issue with these joint families.... you have to care what they think about you or care about what they will all feel for every little action you take. Annoying!

Sai said how much she need to say i feel..being an self respected person she wouldn't complain to him abt his family when she blv she can fight her own battle..he saw many times infront of him how his family and pakhi blame sai and try to demean her..didn’t he? Being an adult and and ips officer how he is so dull to understand what exactly situation is..leave sai can't he ever sense that how his father treat his mother in all these years? Is he that dumb? Can a ips officer who is so good in his work be that much ignorant and delusional?

In this case i agree that they need to ignore pakhi royally now..attention sai is giving to pakhi is mother of all prblms..sai shouldn’t interfare in this family matter anymore..she should focus on how to study and keep less interaction with this toxic family.. But there is some times too when they don’t let her avoid them and keep poking her so i think sometimes It's impossible for her to avoid them totally..

He's still witnessed a lot. For example, Sonali viciously saying that because Sai lost her parents, that's why she never learned manners. Didn't say a damn word in response.

He himself was the source of abuse by throwing her out in the street overnight.

And an *IPS OFFICER* should be able to sense the abusive nature of his family and piece together instances of abuse even if Sai doesn't say anything. Just like he should've known they were drugging and imprisoning his cousin if he displayed one ounce of curiosity.

Question is - is it his fault he's an idiot? Or can he just not help it?
