Was Virat trying to hold back his tears when Pakhi reminded him of?

Third slide : sorta looks like he’s holding back his tears?

Haven’t watched the episode but read how people had an issue w this particular V-P scene and watched the scene, is he holding back his tears and sad?? I’m confused

Na re... he is more of like oh my god why did I have to speak this now again she will rake the past kind of expression. We have to judge by his past reactions to her also. Sometimes the acting loopholes get into the progression. Just remind yourself of his previous reactions towards sai. That’s where he stands. He is completely into sai that he is not objecting when he should. I didn’t like sai asking him to convince pakhi. It is not ok! Otherwise the guy is all clear ... heart and mind from pakhi.

He always become like this in front of Pakhi. Crying and dumb. He cant even speak properly in front of her. She keeps scolding him and she always try to justify her point . Instead of reverting back at her,he behaves like this.

The fun loving Virat gets lost in front of Pakhi. Just few minutes back he was enjoying with Mohit and Sai ,now look how he behaving ..

I’m focusing on this particular scene only. No past - no future. Look at it objectively. It kind of is looking like he’s sad ?? And trying to hold back tears (third slide)? I read neerja’s post and the replies and seems to me they were not wrong about this

I would term it as acting mistake and give benefit of doubt. For now.. he did look sad in that scene in isolation.

Yeah you’re right . She makes him feel guilty and somehow ensures he’s reminded of their past .

He gets emotional when it comes to Pakhi. He feels guilty for the vaada and the fact that she is lonely. He blames the halat for her cheapness not her so he doesn't dislike her even after her cheap tactics. Instead gets emotional when she is emotional unless the nonsense level is too high and he bajaoes her. 😆

This particular scene is not about her loneliness. All their past convos aside, focus on this particular scene and the topic she raised. It’s about the past they shared. Him saying I don’t want to be reminded of / talk about the past. It looks (?) like he’s holding back tears, the eye movement and facial expression convey that (it seems?)
