My annoyance level was very high today for all this crazy antics... And the whole 2 mindblowing episodes turn stupid with today's sindoor jaap and nonsense...

Kanchan is abnormal... Really!

Kal tak... I was like what a bold show where Female Lead didn't break down hugging ML and brought out all the valid points but today...she just let all those things vanish in thin air..

I knew Anokhi would accept the marriage. The makers have to keep in mind the sensibilities of the sanskari audience. The fact that they made it clear through Anokhi that it was a forced marriage was a big step ahead for ITV. I don't know what they showed in SSLK, but Anokhi rejecting sindoor would have been perhaps too advanced for prime time viewers of SP 😆

Kanchan's dialogues as you said should have been on the lines of Anokhi not removing the sindoor because of love and not age old conditioning. This is like taking a step forward and two steps back. Shaurya Sabharwal is still gloating at his reckless act though he has agreed to fulfill Anokhi's conditions.

I agree with you.

In fact, the scene in which, Anokhi looking at herself in the mirror while trying to clean her face, she remembered the moments spent with Shaurya. For me, this means that she didn't remove the sindhoor not because of the ritual or something but out of respect/love towards Shaurya. So even I am disappointed with Shaurya-Kanchan's conversation today, especially with what Kanchan said. What about the girl's wish then? Loving someone doesn't mean that he/she is ready to get married. I am looking forward to see how Shaurya will understand this.

Also, like you said, there should be some nishani for men too. As much as Anokhi is Shaurya's(according to him), he is hers, too :)

For me, Shaurya-Kanchan conversation seemed more like, letting her know about the marriage and also, somehow Shaurya need to know about Vineet being in town. Warna how can he reach there before Ahir?

The problem is inconsistency😆 accept karna hi tha... Even I knew it, but she could have kept it off from Shaurya because as you said... Guy is absolutely clueless about how terrible his action was... And he is gloating but why should he care about any stupid conditions to Anokhi when Anokhi has accepted the marriage! What's the point of bigger dialogues when you cannot keep up with it...

Sapne Suhane was just 5 years back show... And ML had huge ego... Hahaha his wife asked him to wear some symbols to show that he is married too! 🤣 but yes... Such things can be handled by ITV yaar... But SP doesn't believe so...

I was avoiding coming here cause last night I had a breakdown (more like rant and curse) watching the sindoor aftermath scenes. Chalo glad to see you share somewhat same feelings😆

I want to say so much but I am exhausted and it won't be appropriate for this thread /forum 😂

Exactly, for sake of ITV even if Anokhi accepts this for herself and out of love for him... It's okay... But calling this as normal reaction on Shaurya and Kanchan's (as a woman) part was soo much out of line after yesterday's message on forced marriage!

🤣 there could have been 10000 other ways to find out about Vineet other than stupid lines said by Kanchan... One of them being Kekta's style... Of intuition😆 of Anokhi being in trouble or with Ahir... Whatever works...

Indians don't expect man to wear any such symbolism... Atleast in western culture you have wedding bands for both the gender... Here we see Shaurya wearing wedding band of Shagun and marrying Anokhi 🤪

You should have come and seen na🤣 like I did feel bad for Shaurya for 10 milliseconds... And Anokhi's stupid condition and calling herself Mrs. Anokhi Shaurya Saberwal... Was OTT for me as well... 😆 and I don't mind ranting about it....
