Bank nomination need nominees signature?

Well I have account in SBI. And I remember filling nomination form at the time of account opening. They only asked to write the name of nominee, his/her age and how he/she is related to me. Then my signature. Bank never asked nominee's signature. Similarly my parents have given my name as their nominee but I never signed any where for that..In fact I was not aware about being nominee till last year.

Then why pakhi is asking virat's signature for making him bank nominee.? Though it's creepy and wrong, in reality she didn't need his permission or knowledge for nomination procedure. So it's just a bahana..?

Or there is some procedure like that which I actually don't know ?

Bold : sahi pakre hai nomination to bahana hain , makshad to virat ke saath time spend karna hai coz I m sure bank document can't be sent to home & bank will be out of city so pakhi has to go to bank personally.

Acc 2 my knowledge nominee is parents or spouse/ children, people who don't have anyone that case if different but in case of pakhi she has her parents , samrat , even mansi bua or kaku but why only virat😆

Dude I thought we established long back that while watching this show to keep our logics and most importantly rules and regulations of real world away while watching the show 😉

And about Pakhi when she has ever said a sensible thing. She has only made us feel go back to kindergarden to know the real meaning of words like mature, sensible, bezzati, izzat, friends bcoz after hearing from her and she getting some real good adjectives which are contrast to her behaviour makes us question our education.

She always has important talk with Virat at night which is never soo important. Pakhi is a character which makes no sense and doesn't provide anything to the story, her dialagous are senseless but bcoz she is favorite of the directors for which ever reasons, so she is being forced upon Us and Virat Sai.

You can make anyone your nominee but you have to state your relation with them. I made my sister my nominee and she doesn't even know about it.

So I work in bank so this same thing popped in my mind

No there is no need of signature in fact there is no need to even tell the person that he is your nominee

Many ppl prefer not to disclose nominee to avoid family dispute

Vaise bhi the role of nominee is only after you die so no need to publicise ki kaun hai nominee vaise in most cases it is understood because it is parents/spouse/children mostly and in some cases siblings

So obviously it was a lame attempt by Pakhi to meet Virat by stating “kuch bhi “ as jaruri personal baat 😀

Same question aaj mene pucha tha jo written update hote hai serial k usme.... No need to signature.....

Pr maja aata yr ek baar virat or sai ko bo nominee wala form dekhna chahiye tha kyoki nominee k signature ki jarurat to nahi hoti pr uss se kya relation hai ye jarur mention karna hota hai.... To pakhi didi ne kya mention kiya hoga relationship wale column me devar pakhi did officially declared kr deti ki virat unka dever hai..🤣

Yeh nominee signature ka chakkar aadha episode khaa liya hai. We know that we shouldn't expect logic but makers please don't waste time on these illogical and silly scenes which doesn't add any value to story. It totally ruined our Sairat private moment😡.

Ur sister still comes under ur close family , devar don't come in ur close family .
