Well I have account in SBI. And I remember filling nomination form at the time of account opening. They only asked to write the name of nominee, his/her age and how he/she is related to me. Then my signature. Bank never asked nominee's signature. Similarly my parents have given my name as their nominee but I never signed any where for that..In fact I was not aware about being nominee till last year.

Then why pakhi is asking virat's signature for making him bank nominee.? Though it's creepy and wrong, in reality she didn't need his permission or knowledge for nomination procedure. So it's just a bahana..?

Or there is some procedure like that which I actually don't know ?

for accounts in panama they need signatures, n even blood samples, lol
