Beautifully written. You have said everything that needs to be. Thanks for tagging me and considering me to analyse ❤. I just replied to a post where someone had asked for what would be Sai's reaction if Virat kisses her.
Well, I had just written how Virat is right now feeling. How happy he is, how lucky he thinks he is to have got Sai in his life. He is like in bliss which makes him want to kiss her and express his emotions and also thank her. That is how Sai makes him feel. He has always got very happy with Sai doing things for his family, like Bua, Mohit or even his sister.
Like how the TM has said, Virat has actually lived it for somebody happiness. Well it is because some people find happiness in other's happiness, gives them a satisfaction which they won't find when they do things for themselves. Sai and Virat, both are people like that. That is why, when Sai did helped his family members, he has felt very happy. Even that is happiness because not everyone can find a spouse who can do things for their family members. Sai gives him that pleasure, that relief.
You are very right, he had found his soul mate. What can a person ask for? To get a spouse with whom they love to spend time with, with whom they look forward to spend time with, with whom they can be themsleves and don't have to act conscious or magnanimous or matured, with whom they can share the happiness which they can't share with others. She does things which he wanted to or which he failed to and has actually accomplished what he would have actually liked to. These are all happening without him even asking for it. Now, when she can do these, why wouldn't she give all care, attention and love to him too? She wants him as much as he wants her but is stopping herself due to his expectations. It was him who asked her not to think of him as her husband, not to act as his wife, not to think of this as a real marriage and gave her a choice to walk away once he fulfills her responsibilities. It broke her heart when she heard these and she has been trying not to get close to him as much as possible. But, not everything is in a person's hands, she is also falling for him, doing things for him directly or indirectly which has made him feel very happy. He is learning a lot of things from her point if view, he enjoys her way of enjoying life, he has loved to return to her than return to his home. He does love his mom and his sister, and just adores her for loving them as much as him. No one else could love them as much as him. Once all misunderstanding gets cleared, both of them will get what they actually want. Their insecurity is going to play a part always, both of them should deal with it in a better way so that they can lead a peaceful life.
You are very right, I loved that scene, it not just showed Virat's insecurity, it showed that he wanted to shout and tell that he has Sai when Pakhi was questioning him. He feels that he has got someone and doesn't need anything else. That is the reason why he had said both Sai and his family members that he will wait for Sai to return to his life forever. He cannot think of sharing his life with anyone else and that is the amount of happiness and satisfaction she gives him. That doesn't show his want, it shows how happy he actually would be with Sai. This means that she has made him feel that way.
It looks like he has lost one girl in his life whom he had feelings for, but the truth is that he is actually saved from falling for her or getting associated with her. She is a self centred person, her wants and his wants would not even match. He might get all the attention he would have wanted or liked but it could also have been very suffocating. His happiness not just lies with himself getting all things, it lies in the happiness of his family members which he wouldn't have got if he had got married to Pakhi. So he has actually not lost anything. Pakhi might not have been this vile but she can never give him the happiness that Sai is giving him now.
As you have already mentioned, Virat has only gained after his marriage, it is upto him to ensure that he retains that. Sorry to say, he created this mess in a way, not that he has to go through it, but it should be him who has to clear it.
If Sai has gained from this marriage, she has also lost the most important thing, not able to call herself as his wife in real terms, not able to exercise the rights of a wife. Her marriage proposal came with a few conditions that wasn't fair at all.
Wildreaper has already spoken about this so I am not going to get into details of it.
I have always believed that Sai also needs to understand him, she is stopping herself, but I would like her too to try to understand his actions. He should do his part, she should also let her heart take over her brain sometimes.
I feel bad for him when she raises her wall, but whom can I blame if he stays silent rather than trying to put an end to all the misunderstanding.
He cannot always get drowned in his misery or his emotions and get insecured that Sai will leave him, he should work on how to stop her. Sai is also not going to be happy leaving him, she doesn't want to leave him, she wants him to tell her that he needs her forever.
In marriages, it is not loss or gain, they both are lucky to have found each other, how they work on sustaining their relationship is very important. The onus is on both, even if one fail, the relationship will fail, so we can't say that he has lost it.
It was him who put himself in this position and is not even trying enough to come out of this position. All he has to do is let her know that whatever he spoke on the day of their marriage doesn't mean anything now. He has to tell her that he has let go of his past, that she has won his heart and no one or no waada can stop him from giving a place to her in his heart. He has to let her know that no one else has place in his heart of his life other than Sai.
