Like you say, Ashwini's respect towards Bhavani is what makes me think that she doesn't think they are having an EMA. Also, imagine would she have let Ninad hug he if she thinks that way? It looks like Ashwini is upset and hints at these two since they are both emotionally attached, much more than one should or for her liking.

She respects Kaku because of her audha, she is her bhabhi anyway. She has issues that Ninad gives Bhavani way more importance than needed. I got a mixed feeling because of the look Ashwini gave and the happiness she got when Sai said, how will you know, you always go out with Baba 🤣🤣.

Ashwini probably wasn't taken out and these people have gone out for some official purposes leaving her at home. Ashwini wishes and desires would have been ignored by Ninad and considered only if Kaku had asked him to let her choose, be it in shopping or anything.

Ashwini's efforts are clearly overlooked and Kaku gets praised though she hardly works at home.

Ninad never praises Ashwini but is all in praise for Kaku, may be in the past might have even complimented his Bhabhi as bhabhi only but not his wife when she gets read for occassions or anything of that sort. What he does looks like a shishya doing it for a guru 🤦‍♀️.

All these can make anyone get irritated 😡.

@ bold , same the way virat tried to make sai give respect to pakhi in starting ( here also I believe virat tried to make only because they are 2 bahus of family and have to stay there lifelong but no wrong intentions)... But only difference is here virat loves sai and respect her and which make Didi go crazy ( obviously out of different reason from Kaku) , result virat saw real face of Didi, whereas ninad don't love Ashwini and support Kaku in her bad deed, and ashwini won't which made her bad wife according to him, agar I guess ashwini behaves as sonali, then definitely ninad and ashwini relationship would be different inspite of unwanted uneducated wife

Remember that scene, where ninad got so concerned about Kaku headache and completely ignored ashwini fever in early episodes... Any wife will feel dejected.... Once I felt bad for Karishma also when mohith took stand for sai but didn't do for Karishma.... But as he found his voice now , I hope he stands for Karishma too when she is right

I know in ITV we should not go by logic phir bhi.... Generally anyone will prefer either male family member or wife or worst case mother if male adult is operated because there will be lot of things to be taken care like sponge bath, bed pans or helping in dressing etc and same goes with female adult admitted, either husband or female family members takes care.. but why this chavan family is weird they didn't even though about this...and left vahini😲

For me EMA doesn’t constitute just physical relationship it can be emotional one as well.

Here Ashwini and Ninand don’t share a emotional relationship at all. And he shares that with his sister-in-law. We can all say he respects kaku or she is the matriarch of the house.

But bottom line is ninand doesn’t respect Ashwini at all. That’s what Ashwini is angry about. She is just relegated to a cook and giving birth to Virat. Ninad doesn’t lean on her for emotional support.

In one of the episode we could see they sleep in separate beds.

Since it’s an older generation and also a joint family constitution we can say in-laws harass Ashwini.

And we are not able to call it blatantly EMA.

Agree. No wonder Ashwini scolded both Mohit and Ninad.

I am surprised that Ninad told Patralekha she can give the essentials list she wants packed to Karishma. I was half expecting him to say tell to him or better to Mohit who can do the packing for his vahini 🤬

In a future KD track , mohit does a lot for Sai's birthday and Karishma is pissed that he forgot hers n there was no taam jhaam for her bday but so much for Sai. Mohit feels apologetic but also shuts her up saying that unlike Sai who does a lot for the people in the house, karishma doesn't. So when she does nothing for people, she cant expect anything in return. Lol.
