Warning: This is another post where I want to vent. I know it’s an unpopular opinion and I am in minority when I say this so people who don’t like to read a different perspective about their fav and not so fav character should stop reading further . I am not responsible for any mood change after reading this post 😆.
From past few episodes, I can’t help but appreciate Virat for the way he has handled the whole apology scenario. He has realized his mistakes and he knows how much he has hurt Sai with his actions . He has genuinely apologized and has given her the space and time to take a decision. He has respected her decision and is willing it give time instead of rushing through it . Most important of all he has owned his mistakes . Not even once did he say Sai had a role in this whole misunderstanding. He never said his trust was broken as well when he was given a lecture about how important is trust in a relationship. He has never tried to shift his blame on anyone . When he was accused by villagers of never respecting Sairat relationship , he never said anything to defend himself or list out the times he has stood like a rock for his wife and times when his wife has been rude to him . How can I not appreciate this man and not forgive him for his mistakes .
Now coming to the most controversial part of the post . As a women , I could feel Sai’s pain when she was asked to leave the home in the middle of the night . I could empathize with her situation but the neighbors drama and the fact that she is not accepting her share of mistakes has disconnected me from her . I can only think about one thing when she is onscreen talking about her pain . It’s all about her pain and hurt but not once has she realized her part in all this mess . I understand initially the hurt and pain overpowered her emotions but even while talking to Barkha she mentions how trust and respect are utmost important to her but did she realize she has broken her husband’s trust and has disrespected their relationship by putting other wishes(Pulkit Vaada) over her husband’s feelings . When there is no transparency in the relationship isn’t it disrespectful. While Virat only talks about his mistakes Sai only takes about her pain . I cannot help but point this out .
I genuinely want to enjoy Sairat scenes and their sizzling chemistry when they are together but I cannot related to Sai’s POV anymore . I hope someone can help me see her POV and the importance Virat has in her life
