the chances of the pages getting reindexed are minimal. You are talking about a site that has thousands of pages. unless that thread is so popular that it keeps getting cached

P.S. i have finally found one of my post which got cached on 1st april. Its a 5 month old thread, lets check after a week to get an inference

You attain coolbie status once u provide written updates for a show for atleast 3 months like shona

viewbie you have 2 ways “Join the moderation team” is one and second probably find a forum with moderate traffic try to lead it from front with activities , discussions and solve fights etc. In short self monitor the forum 😆

Keep the CM or GM informed about all the work you do and tadaaa they may promote you

Why did you give up your status as a mod though?

Is there some kind of activity that must always be done to keep your status as one? Not sure on IF, but I've seen plenty of inactive mods elsewhere.

Let’s just say things were not good on that side which led me to quit. But, I did have plans to rejoin and had opted for Veteran Status but then life happened😆

Then I guess post that in 2014, I came back in 2019 and then the site was completely different most of my mod pals aren’t around anymore. So I took a makeover cut down my buddy list size, username everything and now living a new life😆

@Bold- Not activities per say but then the normal abiding by the rules/COC is common throughout IF and probably knowing your boundaries. You can’t be going around sharing discussions that happen in private sections with the other buddies (One person had done that and was reprimanded) & obviously can’t use your authority irresponsibly.

TBH, mods find it difficult to gel around with normal members even if they are not moderating that particular forum for a while and also I am enjoying being a normal member now, so I ain’t going down that line again
