I am noticing a lot of people in this forum who used to be active in GHKKPM. As expected, things are taking a ridiculous route in that show. I'm trying to hope that something good will come of the show...but honestly it seems unlikely.

It definitely seems promising, the characters are worth rooting for and performances are nuanced.

It's definitely promising...give it a try😳

I'm loving the layered characters on the show, like nobody is perfect, everyone is beautifully flawed❤️

Plus, even if a remake, they are actually adapting the story and changing a lot of tracks😆

Was not on GHKKPM forum nor did I see the serial, so no idea.

Ill give u some details which are little different and u can decide then!

1. This show took a lot of time to establish character's backstory , hence u wouldnt see romance from day 1.

2. Show has very subtle romance. Looks pretty real. No long eyelocks 😆

3.Characters are consistent uptil now.

4.Since the show is based on college premises, there wont be shaadi happening soon (ITV ka favourite track - shaadi) and honeslty FL is too young for that.

4. FL is young 19 yo, so is immature and dosent know the concept of privacy and is very headstrong and can make anyone quiet.😆

5. ML is a gem ❤️. His character is the most loved one uptil now.

6. The ML in his interview said it's a passionate love story and the characters will not go for a toss for TRP pressure, as he discussed this personally with PH before signing the show. Since he didn't want to associate with a role which is not strong enough.

7.Since it is "Shaurya and Anokhi Ki Kahani" , both their stories get focussed on and there is good amount of screen space for both , which I love , since I have always complained shows never giving enough screenspace to MLs (but those were Colors shows) 😆.

8. Also, Villains are useless, none of their olans worked till now. Whatever worked, they have only gotten the leads closer.🤣

9. Last but certainly not the least - No Saas Bahu 😆.

This is my observation of the show till now. If u feel, u can go ahead and watch! 😃

More than plot, I love good characterizations. Check

Saw first episode. Thought he is an MCP with some issues. Looks like lot of layers to him. Check
