Seems like age differences is this PH forte. But they seem to deal with it fairly well.

navigating the student and professor relationship is tricky. Fortunately both are adults but the sensitivity and nature of their relationship cannot be ignored. I think it makes it’s harder to navigate in ITV land as well that thrive on couple scenes. It’s not so much the age difference but more their relations.

So technically, my excuse for being able to digest this show as the person from the domain is a case hypocrisy too for such domains society is fine with office romances, at times, between boss and employee... Then why not student and professor.. Or counselor and counselee. Not that I wish to have any such relationship, but it is an excuse I am trying to adapt to this show's relationship dynamics. Let's just give it a shot.

It will be Shaurya, I feel who will end up having all the troublesome indications of love 😅😅

In fact, I have a feeling he is going to be jealous in both ways. Of Aashtha's love for Anokhi and then of Anokhi's devotion for Aashtha. It will start with being angry with Anokhi as she gets the affection he craved and will switch to longing to become the first priority in Anokhi's life as he would want the unconditional love that she gives her loved ones.

I am starting to think it matters less because even if they mutually fall in love, their outlook on life is so different and love and attraction won’t fix that entirely and will create more cracks.

Anokhi is a free bird. Right now she sees the good in shaurya but she actually doesn’t know too much about him. He is an educator and she has seen that side of him. He supports education. She’s also seen his chivalrous side. But that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Like he said there’s more to him and it’s not completely positive.

Shaurya wants a partner who will prioritize him first, put him first. No compromises or ifs or buts. That’s his head first belief in love. I can’t see Anokhi giving up on her beliefs. She has softened up a bit but she still has her focus intact and her priorities straight. This is going to be a problem down the line. For grown man, Shaurya seems to an ideal sense of what love versus more realistic one where things don’t always happen perfectly. He wants that perfection as per his ways.

Shaurya can’t understand why his father Shaan still loves that woman, how he can so foolish and blind in love. He thinks his mother doesn’t love his father because she she isn’t with him and didn’t prioritize him and the family. Those same words will come back to haunt him some day when the tables have turned and Shaurya finds himself in a similar situation.

That's a very good question! I voted for Shaurya because I really want it to be Shaurya. I mean this will be interesting to see how Shaurya will behave when he will be helpless falling for his student and the girl who has opposite views on the things he believes in. Also Shaurya is a very intense character so it will be a treat for us viewers to see him fighting with his dimag saying something else and his dil will be craving for Anokhi. I want to see the curse given by Shagun getting real and Shaurya will be head over heels in love with his student, how he will manage?

For Anokhi, I think her studies and to fulfill her dreams are very important for her atm and she has done so many things like running away from marriage, leaving her family for studies so her focus will be on the same. But we can't say, it's also possible that she can be first to fall for her teacher. She has already started seeing good side of him, she is inexperienced so its very easy for her to develop a crush on him. Ball is on CVS court they can take story in either ways. I so badly want it to be Shaurya :) let's see. Btw loved this poll and it was good to read people's POV😃

I completely agree. It would be absurd to show Anokhi falls first because her priorities are different.

For Shaurya, it will be a surprise but since his ex cursed him about this exact thing, it'll pan out to be a good track.

Yeah exactly. It made me uncomfortable before but as it’s ITV I decided to give it a shot. I also think I have known of some student professor relationship back in college. But those was sub professors who were just like shaurya (same age group, experience, etc)

How did I miss this wonderful reply?

Yes I know right. The professor-student theme of the show along with the promos showcasing Shaurya as a misogynist, made me apprehensive to watch this show.

I've been one of those who have never had a crush on teacher or professor and I'm frankly extremely uncomfortable with the idea.

This is why I've been so impressed how naturally CVs are handling the storyline. The progression seems fluid, not forced like other ITV love stories. I hope they remain consistent though.

Anokhi might get attracted but the issue is she will think and respect him as her mentor or as her teacher.

One possibility is while bringing mother son duo together Anokhi might fall in love with him. Seeing different sides of him.

The curse was , shaurya will fall in love with a girl who is exact opposite of someone he perceives as a partner . he ditched Shagun bec she wanted to work after marriage n his mind is well against the idea of a working woman.

Absolutely agree. Maybe Shaurya falls first or both at the time but definitely not Anokhi first. It doesn't go with her character buildup.

Attraction will definitely be there from both sides. No doubts about it. We saw a glimpse in the valentine's dance of how good of a chemistry the leads possess. It'll be a treat to watch them.
