In Bengali one, if I am not wrong, Pakhi brainwashes Virat telling Sai is having an affair with her college mate. So Virat starts suspecting Sai, so when he would confront she would break down and would do suicide.

Basically in kd eman gets sick and misses some important class. So her friend shammo comes to meet her to give notes. Roopkotha smartly send him to eman bedroom knowing rono would return any time. Since rono was possessive of emon he would definitely react. That's what happened.
