Didn't I say Goda will be blackmailed into this? Seems like the interview was a setup and someone just called her there to blackmail her. My guess is that someone is threatening to kill Vivek.

Also, as per BTS, it seems that the raabta gang have laid out a trap for Avni, not that Kaka is becoming evil again. Cause in that BTS, there is also a lady constable there, so I'm sure she is there to arrest Avni only.

So this final person trying to hurt Shera is the last piece of the puzzle. I feel this is someone from his department only or some government official. Cause he's so majboor over this person. It has to be someone extremely powerful. And it has to be someone we know as there is no new entry at this point.

Maybe Malhar's Sr, The one we've been seeing in S2, is passing info to the gang and, along with Kallu's boss, is one of the corrupt people working in the dept?

I think she means the Commissioner and the Minister.

High chances of the Minister being involved. Cause if someone is blackmailing Goda with maybe killing Vivek in jail, I think they may have high level contacts.
