Well written post! I agree with you completely that today's episode was much needed, in fact these kind of episodes are what that drive character growth and add some depth to show's progress. Also, yes its good that the breakfast scene was toned down otherwise it was quite loud and unpleasant in the tamil version with everyone saying some unnecessary and unpleasant things. At least here we saw Ninad behave in a dignified manner.

As always an amazing post!

Your posts force me to think from a different perspective and love the way you analyse the situation each & every time.
Now we know why Virat thinks PP is mature. Well she’s cunning and shrewd. 😆
Coming to the Sai part, yes, you are right. This was needed. She needs to learn how to get a hold of a situation according to other person’s mood.
Until now, Virat has been guiding and poking her when she exceeds the limit ( MMK case ) but now Virat was on the other side and because of PP Sai couldn’t think straight. Poor girl!

Hope she realises how cleverly PP turned this situation in her favour.

Virat will sooner or later realise the only regret in his life is gonna be PP ko kiya hua vaada 😆

Waiting for the day he bans PP from his room 😎

Thank you dear Neha 🤗 I just love analysing the situations.

@bold: Couldn't have said it more perfectly. Virat can salvage situations when she's engaged in a spat with someone else. But if he is on the receiving end, it is a stalemate. We have always seen Virat going and making up after most fights, anyway. I really wish that Sai grows as a person at least for Virat. She needs to be able to judge the situation before mixing up multiple unresolved issues in each argument. And, if he's also not in the position to think, a third person will use it to their advantage as PP did today.

That's why they say that in marriage (I know, their's is a different equation still), both cannot be angry at the same time. One person has to be calm when the other is agitated.

@pink: I don't think he will ban her but I also think that it's not too long away (Thoda sa but not too long) before he tells her to stay away from Sai.

@ bold - You're not the only one babe. Even I liked today's episode minus the dining table drama.

I am happy to know that most of us agree about the situation although we don't like watching the fight between Gabbar and Badbaddevi

And Virat was justified in his outburst. His entire career is at stake now. Let's ignore the logic of the termination process here, because... come on, it's ITV. Let's take the situation at face value here. His entire career is at stake, he's on the verge of losing his job, for actually doing something noble. Who wouldn't be scared or angry?

And Sai's approach itself is quite aggressive from the beginning. Not to mention there is some kind of resentment in Virat's mind about what happened in the morning. I do agree that Sai didn't know about what happened at the police station, but if he was continuously refusing food, a simple "kya hua Virat sir?" would have done to trick. She has also lost her temper many a times and has been unfair to Virat. So if Virat is acting out, she must also try to be understanding.

She was so engulfed in her anger because of her presumption that she really did not even see he was so stressed. And her screaming at him to clean the mess was a bit OTT to me. At least ask, kya hua?

And when Pakhi comes into the picture, it is Sai again who starts becoming more aggressive. I really don't like the fact that Pakhi and Virat gang up against Sai, but this time, as you said, Pakhi found a clean opening to play the caring - understanding Mary Sue to a troubled Virat. And she was the only one in the scene that asked him about what happened. So, if I were in his place, I too would prefer talking to someone who is calm and wants to listen to me. He won't see through Pakhi's pretenses so soon, at least not yet. So he would definitely talk to her.

Sai, with this kind of behaviour, will be a sitting duck in situations where Virat is not there to salvage it for her.

Also, Virat is human. He might not "regret" his marriage with Sai, but that doesn't mean that he has no resentment against the way it happened. It wasn't something that he wanted. I'm quite sure that Virat doesn't mean to hurt Sai that way... but hey, Sai did get away with blaming Virat for her dad's death right? Because she was going through so much, we could excuse it. Why not extend the same feeling for Virat?

Isn't it human to feel bad and reflect about things? Hai na? I really felt bad for him (keeping aside the logic of action against IPS ) and the mention of Vitthal Mane making a complaint should be enough to rile him up anyway. @pink: totally agree. It is human to err and he's been way to patient with Sai despite not even knowing her that well initially. Sai could have returned the feeling. But to think of it, it also portrays the fact that she doesn't yet feel the same connection with him, which he feels with her.

Now that all of this is out, there's nothing else left to keep in. Now that the worst has happened, it can only get better from here. I'm sure that once Virat cools down and Sai testifies against Vitthal and Jagtap, Virat will be sorry and make amends to Sai. Also, now that he has slowly started understanding Sai and also harbours some kind of feelings for her (not love yet), these words of his will definitely happen in the long run.

Of course, the precap already feels like they have made up and having another round of nok jhonk. 😆 PP doesnt know what they are doing behind the closed doors yet 🤣

P.S. Me too want Jagtap back😭

Sai should know that the act of ignoring someone is a powerful weapon. Though it doesn't defend her from other people's verbal and psychological attacks it will for sure communicate that their attacks do little or no damage to her. She should learn to exclude unwanted people like Pakhi from her activities.

@bold: I don't want to ruin the beauty of this by adding more words. Sai really needs lessons in composure. Silence is a strong answer many times. She should learn from Virat. His silence to PP when she barged in, the previous night, was very loud but even PP did not get it and Sai began shouting.

This kind of massive flare-up was on the horizon. And it has to happen for Sairat to get established. Though it's painful to watch.

I watched and rewatched the first scene. I love their midnight chats❤️. He will miss her desperately if she is not in the room. Well, he needs to suffer a bit for blabbing to his friend today

Saibai hai wo. Itni easily toh nahi milne wali. Chavan saheb will have to win her. It's a long way away😳. Loved your comment.

Agree. The way they have been copying some scenes entirely, I was really bracing for a Poha vs Thalipeeth encounter but thankfully it was much better than that. 😃

that breakfast scene was still super bad

everyone started taunting each other & Sai/Pakhi competition was so embarrassing to watch

I actually felt bad for Virat there. He just looked from one person to another, wishing they would just stop this drama already. 😕

Totally crass. What kind of family just breathes and exhales insults at one another all the time.

Loved your reference to the "cracks". What a beautiful way of putting it. The Chinese fill cracks with gold to make the new repaired thing precious. I guess Virat and Sai will also fill their cracks with gold -- the love that will happen. But that's a bit of a long road, for Sai especially.

Totally agree with how PP has identified these cracks to use it to her advantage 👍🏼 she knows that Sai is a bomb waiting to blast. All she has to do is to calmly set her on fire and then play the 'mature' diffuser in front of Virat. The way she used the words "you are older and mature", she was so calm and calculative in her interference as if she's actually planned to get in the way like this. She thinks it will ensure a distance between them but she doesn't know that they massage heads and make up 🤣

All said and done, I actually did not see Virat saying anything offensive to Sai although she's making those very direct comments about Virat and PP in their face. He just wanted her to shut up and didn't actually care what she was saying because he is very aware that she's just annoyed with the barging in. In fact, I thought he was also annoyed today but was too overwhelmed with the stress he has.

If they fill their cracks with respect, trust and understanding, their relationship will be strong enough to overcome the toughest hurdles. The love will then naturally, inevitably happen.

Pakhi is just so manipulative. She observes and then strikes where it hurts most. Like you said, Sai is a chaos waiting to happen😆 ( I secretly love that about her). But, she'll come around. I'm sure she will. Since it's her first relationship, she has a long way to go.

I'm just waiting for the manaofying session, SaiRat will surely nail it😆 and we'll have our puppy eyed Virat who peeks at his deal-wali wife beneath the wall of pillows back😆

He was not offensive, but I thought he could have phrased it better. Chalo koi baat nahi, in anger, it happens😆 My heart pains for Sai though, i mean, I do understand that she needs to tone it down, but she is so gonna hurt and feel insecure in that house now.
