Okay this is me copy pasting what I wrote in EDT

Am I the only one who thinks that Sai was a little OTT in this episode? She was not wrong just pushed it a bit.

First, with Devyani, she should have let it go for now. Virat has been very supportive and protective at every step of the way. She was eating his head off while he had very calmly said that Devyani gets upset after discussing her past. I know that Devyani was playing with her but Sai was the one who started asking questions. Sai should have agreed to let the topic go at that moment. Sometimes you have to pick and choose your fights.

Also, Sai was the one who said Pakhi is awake. Viraat was simply showing concern when he asked why is she not asleep yet. He was worried for her but her irritation with Pakhi became the catalyst for that argument. Though Sai was completely right when she told Pakhi off. It's between husband and wife.

Pakhi is smart enough to use such lapses to her advantage. Sai needs to pull up her socks.

On a serious note, ever since Viraat got married to Sai he had been standing firm on the friendship line. He had not mentioned his promise in a romantic way. He uses the words best friend and clearly states that when Samrat comes back Pakhi's life will be happier.

So far every time Sai has had an argument with Pakhi he did not run after her to pacify P. Even yesterday told Sai "batmeezi mat karo" and Sai was being OTT a bit and Viraat told both of them to shut up.

Pakhi is not an idiot. She is smart enough to understand even if she refused to marry Samrat and told everyone that she loves Virat, Virat still would not have married her. There was no way Viraat was going to pick Pakhi over Samrat. Pakhi would have been completely out of Viraat's life had she refused to marry Samrat.

She married Samrat to be a part of Viraat's life. Nothing more than that. She is not even making an effort to move on. That whole bit about Samrat not being able to bring her happiness is proof. She wants to be miserable even though Virat has made his intentions clear.

And she won't be able To get anything more from this relationship. Plus building a palace on false hopes...do you think that's smart? IRL Pakhi is an idiot but in ITV world she is smart. Pakhi is going to use Sai's brashness against her. Paakhi has already started buttering Bhavani and manipulating Virat with sentimental comments.

This I totally agree with. Viraat's first instinct is always to protect Sai. Be it when the car went over bump and his hand came up to protect her or when he came to the reception first thing he asked sunny was how is Sai.

He takes care in small ways such as sharing the bed, head massage or explaining things with that soothing voice.
