I don't think Shurpnakha was tribal. Her brother ruled a great urban city.

Krishna Rukmini had never met as per Bhagwatam, she simply heard about him and started loving him. If Bhagwatam narrative is true, she was simply a fangirl to Krishna and Krishna realising that she could get her some support when mostly everyone was them

I think when Shradha Manu was where Shradha proposed but she was an Apsara too
