Nado, when the government unlocks, people get careless thinking all is well, earlier my city was very disciplined, now fifty per cent are careless or just fed up of the constrained living, do not blame them, we all are, but discipline and rules have to be observed till all are vaccinated. Our recovery rate is 78 percent now with good medical facilities and doctors but the cases do not stop.
