I went through her timeline, and must say was shocked by some of the things I saw.

She needs a PR or a Pyaar - someone to review her posts. 😃

I have hardly seen 3 Pakistani dramas, and it has already started altering my language. Now I find saying aaiye, kariye, dekhiye too long, with the more convenient way being aaen, karein, dekhen. At this rate, I might soon start saying baaher instead of baahar. 😆

I randomly saw Pyar Ke Sadqay, as it popped up as a YouTube suggestion, and liked it. Next on my watchlist are Suno Chanda, Yeh Raha Dil & Aunn Zara.

If anybody knows any other good light-hearted Pakistani dramas, please do recommend. 👍🏼

I wasn't familiar with the Urdu way of speaking till I started Pakistani shows. It's fascinating for sure. Another one is masla ... as in issue. Kya masla hai?

Have you watched Ho Mann Jahaan? It's a movie with Mahira with two actors I can't remember their names but it's an interesting watch, has some humor/glamor and is lighthearted enough.

Zindagi Gulzar hai. on netflix- A MUST WATCH!

Prime has a quite a few Pakistani dramas. You can read up the synopsis and take your pick.

Yeah. We simply say "problem". And going into Hindi mode, its "samasya", "kathinai", etc. Masle ka hal is samasya ka samaadhaan. 😃

ZGH is the first Pakistani drama I watched. 😊
Loved it absolutely, and was amazed that there is NO violence - not even mental or verbal violence. Such a clean family show with no vulgarity, etc.

Have also started "Choti Choti Batein".

I no longer have Prime, but will keep an eye out.

Ikr. The mother is the hero of the drama, as far as I am concerned. Absolutely loved the way she picked herself up from the dumps and won in the end.

Yakeen ka Safar (It has Sajal Ali of Sridevi movie Mom) and Udaari. They are there on YT. I just recently watched Yakeen Ka Safar for the nth time and loved it all over again.

There is another drama called Khudgarz but its not on YT anymore. May be its there on the Dailymotion.

Sunn Yaara- absolutely clean and engaging drama.
