We are only realising now. How most of the people who claimed to be closer to him, hardly had used to contact him. Even if Rhea had cut them off, it should have actually bothered them (if they were in constant touch before). The way they did not care in these many months shows the intensity of their relationship.

Now Mahesh Shetty is remaining. I don’t presume, he was in touch with Sushant either.

Couldn't agree more.

Also, for his family and friends, it is a personal loss and I can completely understand them wanting justice and the truth. And as easy as it sounds (and I know it isn't), I wish that more people realize that they will never be able to get to the truth.

This is my only opinion on this case.

1: When news of SSR broke out, how did the police conclude so quickly that he committed suicide due to depression.

2: The day he died, most of the directors who worked with him had only thing to say that the Bollywood privilege club must sit down and think. That he was extremely disturbed with the blinds and getting no validation or his work.

3: His own insta and tweets suggested that he needed work, that he was feeling left out, that he wasn't invited to any Bolly parties, that he said he would be chucked out from the industry as he has no godfather. These messages suggest that he was troubled in his career.

4: His movies getting shelved, or pushed to OTT. Drive was completed in mid-2018 but was released late 2019, Paani shelved, lost SLB movies, Chanda mama movie shelved, Pleading with Nitesh Tiwari to be cast in his next movie. Basically, he wasn't in a happy place with his career.

5: His interviews, later on, there was something off about it.

6: When did Rhea enter his life, what was the situation, his finances, how was his relations with his friends and family after Rhea entered his life.

7: How did Rhea's brother become partner in 2 companies he started, why wasn't his family part of it?.

8: Was he on medication, if yes, for what?

9: The death of Disha Salian 5 days before his, was there a connection, is Aditya Thackeray a common friend, is Sooraj Pancholi a common friend.

10: why was the CCTV switched not available.

My opinion is this, there was an attempt to shun him from Bollywood, with paid media blinds and sabotage with his movie contracts and offers. Also, he was definitely not given validation for his successful movies and performances. He was in a vulnerable position and Rhea could have taken advantage of it financially.

investigation should start with Disha Salian's death and if there was a connection between the two. what was his mental condition like, was he disturbed with the Bollywood fraternity and who spread the blinds and whether it was an attempt to malign and tarnish his career.

Rhea has been shady throughout anyway . ALso I see why Arnab was shouting , when Mahesh Bhatt comes for interrogation he goes to DCP's room has his tea and then taken for interrogation.

Anyway coming to the point what has tuck me throughout is why did not police found the death of Sushant followed by Disha, both apparent suicide suspicious. Why that angle was not explored, when common people like us were so shocked. And ofcourse how did Mumbai Police not know about his entire staff being removed in last one year. That much of coincidence?

But it did bother them.. From what Ankita said, His father called her to inquire about Sushant.. if true, he clearly was upset at not being able to get in touch with his son that he reached out to his ex..

Then his family supposedly filed a complain in Feb which once again shows they were worried

His sister's last chat with him too shows that she was trying to convince him to come to her and understiod that he was down

It's not that they weren't bothered.. the thing is, Sushant was a grown up guy busy in work in another city. they were worried in all probability but didn't understand what was going on or how to fix it

Yes. Those who were “worried” (in those months) were only his family members, who were not in Mumbai.

All his “close friends” in Mumbai only knew so much of him.

See.. thing is even close friends drift apart.. Maybe his close friends thought he needed aome space or that he was busy hence not keeping in touch.. there can be a thousand reasons.. no one would directly think about blackmail/depression/overdose when a friend loses touch

Sorry,

I had edited my earlier reply and added these line. But thought of posting it separately.

... Another thing which has not cleared so for (for me, as evidence). When they brought down Sushant’s body to carry in Ambulence, one guy with a black hoody took away something in a black plastic cover. It is getting more and more difficult to accept he committed suicide. Or else, there would not have been efforts to tamper the evidences.

This case is giving me deja vu of the Aarushi Talwar murder case. So much of misinformation, trial by media and public and a completely botched up investigation by the UP Police and then the CBI. Everyone made a mockery out of a dead child, slandering her name without any iota of proof. What her parents went through was quite another story.

There is definitely politics involved in Sushant's case now...the country i s reeling under CoVid and there is devastating floods in Bihar and there is an upcoming State elections there...and this case is becoming a convenient smokescreen to hide all that.

From all that I have read, it seems like things are not as simple as they appeared to be, but they are not as twisted as some media organizations are making it to be also. The truth probably lies somewhere in between.

IMO, Sushant was under depression, but he was somehow manipulated or pressured into a situation, where he felt so cornered, that he took his own life. There might be an angle of blackmail also or playing on Sushant's fear of his reputation.

So yeah, I do believe in the family's allegation of abetment to suicide.

I don’t have an opinion, I’m really confused...and I have a couple of questions:

1. Who is that supposed informant that gathered evidence for the FIR. We know now it wasn’t Ankita (she said so). And on what evidential basis was that FIR filed?

2. Why are his family so adamant on not believing that he could have been depressed and that could have been part of his trigger? And why were Bollywood people pushing the depression angle after his death? Is there more to this than meets the eye?

3. His drug history, sleeping pills and alleged OD and Rhea/her family’s connection with this. We know what his bodyguard said about him sleeping more than usual (2-3 hours), but we need concrete evidence.

I have a very low opinion of the judiciary process...especially ones to do with high profile cases like this. I’ll make up my mind when I see some solid evidence or proof. People being proven guilty or innocent in court of law doesn’t actually make them guilty or innocent in my eyes.

I just know one thing for sure and that is bollywood lobby and their obvious attempts at destroying his name and Sushant's death are not linked.

As of now , I have no reason to believe a grieving family and it's plea.

They already have lost everything. No amount of conspiracies from their side will bring their child back so even to assume or doubt them is not only wrong but also immoral.

The way Mumbai police has handled this case and Maharastra government's constant rejection for cbi despite of obvious negligence is what making people bent towards murder than suicide.

Rhea may have mentally tortured for all I know but it now no longer looks like a suicide and rhea is certainly not alone .

If it happens gradually (over years) then yes. But a friend of mine was in touch with me for years... If we had called each casually every week.... Suddenly he cuts that connection, I would worry.

I may not think about depression. But I will wonder if anything went wrong with our relation, is there any misunderstanding. I will call again to make sure of that. Here, I don’t see any friend has made any effort. It makes me wonder about the depth of their friendship. I am not blaming them alone. Sushant will also be responsible (unless he was depressed). May be, they just had a superficial relationship, but claimed as best friends.

Some more questions and thoughts

Based on media reports after his death

According to a TimesNow report, the police had found in the investigation that while paying the salaries, Rajput had made it clear to his staff that he won’t be able to pay them further, to which his staff had said, “Aap ne humein itna sambhala hai, aagey hum kuch na kuch kar leinge” (you have taken such good care of us, in future, we’ll figure something out).

The managers of the ‘Kedarnath’ actor have revealed to the police that Rajput was in discussion with his ex-manager, ..

Some more snippets from media articles

The security guards at his house told our reporters that Sushant, usually a friendly person, had been tense and irritable of late. Sushant Singh Rajput had delivered a number of hits and some films that did not work at the box office. His last film, Chhichhore, that released in 2019, was a sleeper hit.

He had no films on the floor and the industry has been shut since March as Mumbai battles a severe coronavirus outbreak.

He committed suicide by hanging by the ceiling fan. He used his bedsheet to end his life.

Sushant Singh Rajput lived on the sixth floor of Mount Blanc Apartments, Joggers Park, Bandra West in Mumbai.

The home where he breathed his last is a duplex flat with a hall downstairs and three bedrooms upstairs. He lived there with three people. Two cooks and one housekeeper. On Saturday night, he had a friend with him as well.

According to sources on the spot, Sushant had woken up on Sunday morning and had a glass of juice at about 10 am and then he went back to his room and locked it from inside.

When an attendant tried to call him, he did not open the door. The attendant then gathered everyone in the house and they called a local keymaker for help. His friend called the police number 108. They broke the door open between 12.30 and 12.45 pm to discover him dead.

Sushant had last made a phone call to a TV actor around midnight, which went unanswered. Around 9.30 am today, Sushant also spoke to his sister briefly, the police said.

Sushant was training to be a pilot to realise the ultimate dream of becoming an astronaut. He was only 34 when he ended his life. When he ended his life, he had a black, International Space University T-shirt on.

There are rumours that he was battling depression, compounded by a lockdown that left him and his industry colleagues without work.

His former manager, Disha Salian, 28, was found dead less than a week ago. The police suspect she died in an accident, falling from her 14th floor apartment in Mumbai's Malad. Sushant had said Disha's death was devastating news for him.

So what I gather was that Disha was in touch with him to get a web series for 14 cr. Looks like he was in a financial crisis as he said to his staff that he won't be able to pay them anymore. Also, he called his close friend Mahesh late night and also spoke to his sister before his death.
