Both are opinions without evidences.

Maybe rhea is responsible maybe not. Maybe the industry is responsible maybe not. I just know that this man was incredibly alone and vulnerable in his last days.

My heart hurts when i think of him. I can't watch anything of his now without feeling immense sadness.

Everyone please take care of yourself esp during these times. People are not built for social isolation.

court needs conclusive evidence to declare anything. I am not sure, it would be possible here (just like Hritik-Kangana case). With no court judgement, our opinions became unofficial judgements. I predict the same thing here too.

I have said this on another thread and will say it here again..

The truth has gone away with Sushant. We'll never know regardless of what the verdict is. It may very well be that Rhea is found guilty but in fact is not guilty, or vice versa.

Decisions are made based on two factors other than the legal requirements being fulfilled

(1) conclusive evidence and (2) presenting the evidence in a way that is palatable and believable in drawing a link between one's actions and the event.

With this case, its tricky because there is clearly a lot of propaganda that is being pushed, and so the credibility of the evidences would be one I would think to be a major roadblock to the decision.

Why did the family complaint against Rhea to the Mumbai Police on 25th February , 2020??

Why did the Mumbai Police do nothing ?

Why did the Mumbai Police not follow up on that previously made complaint even after his suicide??

How does a mail written to the Mumbai Police by Pithani reach Rhea ??

Why did she change all his staff ? Like literally all of them?

And all this dint happen for two years. One year.

I honestly don't know what to think at this point.. untill any official word comes from the investigation team, it's solely a case of deciding who to believe..

The only thing which seems to be apparent is that there is more to it than meets the eye

Most of the people here are probably aware, the case will be left inconclusive like so many others. But even in many inconclusive circumstances, we were able to form our opinion. But here, it is not.

Another thing which has not cleared so for (for me, as evidence). When they brought down Sushant’s body to carry in Ambulence, one guy with a black hoody took away something in a black plastic cover. It is getting more and more difficult to accept he committed suicide. Or else, there would not have been efforts to tamper the evidences.

We are only realising now. How most of the people who claimed to be closer to him, hardly used to contact him. Even if Rhea had cut them off, it should have actually bothered them (if they were in constant touch before). The way they did not care in these many months shows the intensity of their relationship.

Now Mahesh Shetty is remaining. I don’t presume, he was in touch with Sushant either.

Ok like @anjs, I am putting forth my thoughts as well.

1: When news of SSR broke out, how did the police conclude so quickly that he committed suicide due to depression.

2: The day he died, most of the directors who worked with him had only thing to say that the Bollywood privilege club must sit down and think. That he was extremely disturbed with the blinds and getting no validation or his work.

3: His own insta and tweets suggested that he needed work, that he was feeling left out, that he wasn't invited to any Bolly parties, that he said he would be chucked out from the industry as he has no godfather. These messages suggest that he was troubled in his career.

4: His movies getting shelved, or pushed to OTT. Drive was completed in mid-2018 but was released late 2019, Paani shelved, lost SLB movies, Chanda mama movie shelved, Pleading with Nitesh Tiwari to be cast in his next movie. Basically, he wasn't in a happy place with his career.

5: His interviews, later on, there was something off about it.

6: When did Rhea enter his life, what was the situation, his finances, how was his relations with his friends and family after Rhea entered his life.

7: How did Rhea's brother become partner in 2 companies he started, why wasn't his family part of it?.

8: Was he on medication, if yes, for what?

9: The death of Disha Salian 5 days before his, was there a connection, is Aditya Thackeray a common friend, is Sooraj Pancholi a common friend.

10: why was the CCTV switched not available.

My opinion is this, there was an attempt to shun him from Bollywood, with paid media blinds and sabotage with his movie contracts and offers. Also, he was definitely not given validation for his successful movies and performances. He was in a vulnerable position and Rhea could have taken advantage of it financially.

investigation should start with Disha Salian's death and if there was a connection between the two. what was his mental condition like, was he disturbed with the Bollywood fraternity and who spread the blinds and whether it was an attempt to malign and tarnish his career.

Me as well, no frequent calls I assume. If the family did not have his number , probably eh would also be facing that difficulty.Because in his post he did write "How I wish you would have opened your heart completely. Tujhe pata tha na koi ho na ho shetty hai tere sath. Then why ,baat to kar leta". These lines bothered me then as well. Also Mahesh's wife has mentioned , how once when he used to visit them frequently they would bond over food. So I guess there is certainly some miss here as well.

But yeah he would be in contact compared to other close friends. I am sure Mahesh is in touch with family and hence the section in the FIR about Coorg plans. Lets see.

But it did bother them.. From what Ankita said, His father called her to inquire about Sushant.. if true, he clearly was upset at not being able to get in touch with his son that he reached out to his ex..

Then his family supposedly filed a complain in Feb which once again shows they were worried

His sister's last chat with him too shows that she was trying to convince him to come to her and understiod that he was down

It's not that they weren't bothered.. the thing is, Sushant was a grown up guy busy in work in another city. they were worried in all probability but didn't understand what was going on or how to fix it
