The lawyer never said that, he did say that they could be partly responsible, but its something that they cannot be charged on. Nepotism/indirect professional bullying is not an offense as far as law is concerned. Focus should be on the personal angle more because charges could be pressed here. So lets not just discard it entirely please.

Yes, he said legally it is not an offence. It is an issue but not related to SSR's case- it is a larger systemic problem of course.

Here is what he did say

Oh the medicines. Yes I read about it. I thought even the doctor doesn't exist anymore. Nah if his family says he wasn't depressed they are saying this based on their belief and observation most probably. If police says they talked to the doctor then most probably they did. Actually what matters more than who says what is what documents are available to back this claim. Like his medical reports, hospital records, etc. If he was seeking treatment these things should be available to back the claim.

Also God forbid if the situation was reversed then people would have lynched Sushant online. Can't even imagine all the things he would have been called if something like this would have happened to her. I wonder if you would have come out defending him then.

It is quite telling that she chose the time after filing of FIR for giving IV.. so are we to assume it is indeed Ankita who went to Patna?

I can't help but wonder her current partner's stand on this..

As for her talk about how Sushant cannot be depressed, if she is stating on the basis of the situations before his death, good enough.. If she is thinking about the time he spent with her.. well it has been four years
