With time you get used to less sleep, your body get used to it, to a point that extra sleep gets tough on you.

Two hours of sleep is really bad for health... But the work and pressure of responsibility and commitments didn't let me to crave for good rest yet...
Tips... No need Prit.. Be as you are. Don't change your routine especially sleeping pattern... Lack of sleep will be troublesome for everyone dear.
No Shaheen we have to change our bad habits. I need to sleep less. But please get at least 5 hours sleep.
