Actually, I don't really have any tip for it. It's not like I put up an alarm to get up. I just get up and can't sleep beyond. 😆

Phir bhi, I am scared to be in a bed myself. I literally put hanuman chalisa or like nijanam and pravajans playing in my phone to stop my self from being scared smiley36

I'm not that scared about it. Also, I indulge in something or the other so it doesn't really bother me what is happening around. 😆

Two hours of sleep is really bad for health... But the work and pressure of responsibility and commitments didn't let me to crave for good rest yet...

Tips... No need Prit.. Be as you are. Don't change your routine especially sleeping pattern... Lack of sleep will be troublesome for everyone dear.
