Team Kangana is handled by Kangu's own team. It is a verified handle on insta and they also made this account on twitter. And going by the language the handle is using currently, it does look like Kangu's team is herself and her sister.

Team Kangana is her official team of PR people. They are not fans. What they say is directly what Kangana wants out in the world.
