Here is what I understood. She claims that the movie mafia is using actresses like Tapsee to contradict her and say nepotism isn't an issue in bollywood. She asked them if nepotism doesn't exist why are you guys still B grade actresses? You guys are better actresses than Alia and Ananya. You are prettier than them. She actually did praise as much as saying something that can be considered insulting. Tapsee Pannu has given recent interviews in 2020 after Sushant's death saying that nepotism isn't issue. In 2018 she was found saying she lost movies due to nepotism? (Again this is how I understand the story. Others might have different opinions. Maybe a lot different)
