Shraddha, alia, and parineeti all were pitied against each other. Shraddha and alia have obviously come out most successful in the current day. While parineeti has not. although if you look at her lineup it is way better than lleanas and yami’s despite as you say her being publicly disapproved..

Lleana and yami were never publicly disapproved or compared and there’s a reason for that.. they were/are just not given opportunities or broadcasted as mainstream actresses after their debuts
You can’t compare apples and oranges.

Even comparing apples and apples can be misconstrued and this is were the whole topic of nepotism/lobbying and power play comes in

In terms of popularity, both of them lack the degree of previous fan wars that have happened between kareena- Priyanka, deepika-Priyanka, deepika-katrina does not happen today with the likes of alia or shraddha. You know what's going on here? In an outsider vs insider tussle, the outsider wins in the eyes of the public. So the KJo, Ali, Kapoor gang and their hangers on don't want it framed as such.

Too bad. They've said enough stuff on tape for the public to know exactly who gets hurt most by such games, and it ain't Hrithik Roshan, but he doesn't do such games. As they themselves agree, nepotism is everywhere and it's okay as long as the playground is as fair as possible....

You don't want to risk your money on newcomers, fair enough..... But at least give them respect when they achieve something..... Don't try to pull down by planting fake blinds..... Respect them for how far they have come, don't make fun of their backgrounds......

That's why people like Hrithik and Shraddha not facing the same kind of backlash..... Cause they are nowhere active in pulling outsiders down........they were not playing this cheap that kjo and his cronies play.....

But honestly some people want to change the narrative, god knows why..... And make it look like people are fighting for their favourites

As SSR also, nepotism will always be there but both can co-exist by respecting each other like they did till last 10-15 years ago...... Priyanka, Deepika, Srk are all fine examples of co-existence......

See now if your are saying nepotism is ok and its everywhere etc issue is that untalented insiders snatching projects then truly in my opinion this is no issue at all. Because talented and untalented is an opinion. Its not a universal truth.

I think both Salman and Tiger are untalented . But i am just one person not the entire audience. If their films earns 300 Cr then i have to accept that i many not like them but majority do. I need to respect that.

Just like you said BO will decide fate of Shraddha why cant it be same for Alia? If Alia's movies were flopping left , right and center and yet she was getting or snatching projects i would understand , yes that is definitely wrong. But again fact is her movies are not flopping. She hardly has any flops.Then how can one say she is mediocre untalented insider? I mean yes you can think that personally like i think that about Salman and Tiger. This is why this debate is a mess now. Because its more about personal opinions. If you think the star kid is talented then all is ok and if you think star kid is not talented then nothing is ok. Which is why so many variations of what the actual problem is because talented and untalented is a personal opinion.

I was thinking earlier that issue is about how outsiders have to struggle to get that one chance, how they don't get many chances to prove themselves. These are real issues. But no these don't seem to be real issues . Real issue is how much talented or nice the insider is. If they are talented and nice in some one 's opinion then no one really cares about outsider's struggle.

Also sorry you think even calling for projects is wrong? You think no actress calls a director asking to be casted? Even calling a director asking to be casted is wrong?

No one really cares about insiders getting several chances to prove their talent whereas outsiders don't. As people have accepted in this thread that nepotism is ok and can coexist in bollywood as long as bullying and snatching isn't done. So lets accept it for what it is and not make it seem like people all of a sudden care about outsiders standing in long queues for auditions.
