1) Nepotism is ok but manipulation is not hence Star/Bollywood kids like Shraddha, Arjun, Tiger etc who got offers despite their average performances and flop movies are ok , no one really cares these chances could be given to outsiders because there are no articles about them being manipulative. On the basis of articles Kjo and Alia are manipulative so lets hate on them. 2) Lets believe all the articles about KJO and Alia but none abut Sushant were true. Any proof of either nopes not required because hate requires no proof.

3)Issue infact is not even manipulation its only KJo and his bratty gang who don't deserve any success. They don't care about audience at all. I mean of course its not the audience who went and saw their movies and made it a hit. May be some aliens went any how who cares they horrible rest all Star/Bollywood kids are fine.

4) Infact Star/Bollywood kids like Hrithik and Ranbir who have powerful Bollywood family's are fine since they are very talented, they are not even nepo kids but Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani who don't have powerful Bollywood families are nepo kids because they are associated with KJO.

I mean 😆 the only good thing out of this mess is that atleast this farce that all of sudden people care about outsiders and their difficult struggles is breaking. They only care about their favs and how this issue can be used to promote their favs.

Xactly..all those saying she was a replacement for Katrina are in serious doubts.I don’t know the launde lapate gang who claim that she has been very famous amongst them.I do agree Shraddha is generally liked by most bcoz of her calm demeanour but that love has never been on a star level.Comparing her popularity to that of Katrina is a joke...there’s a reason why Kat saw such massive stardom inspite of her limited acting talent.

Shraddha is a poster child for mediocrity, if -- and this is a big if -- she is getting cast for her acting ability. But she is not. It's her looks. She clearly has a lot of fans, especially among men. Naturally filmmakers are wanting to cash in on her beauty, dance and popularity is how she gets films.

I am sure she had certain privileges being an insider, however, it is also a fact that she did have to struggle to get a break. Compared to an Ash, who didn't have to struggle at all; Ash had movie offers falling into her lap even before she won a beauty crown.

I don't get the comparison to Ash on looks. Nobody compares to Ash on looks. I repeat, nobody. But look at this generation; forget Ash, there are no Deepika level beauties either. Sara, Janhvi, Ananya, Alia, Bhumi, Taapsee, Parineeti, Kriti, etc. - None of them are that level of beautiful. So compared to her class, Shraddha definitely stands out.

Also, when you say people changed their stance on nepotism, are you referring to me or someone else?

Edit to add: On Shakti Kapoor's perceived star power, he couldn't provide a good launch pad for his son Siddanth Kapoor, who still remains a failure. But you want to attribute Shraddha's success to SK? Sure.

I used the term, lesser Katrina, not equal to Katrina.

And Shraddha did had a box office clout at one time. Only Alia matched/better her among her contemporaries, (even Anushka couldn't garner the same numbers as Alia/Shraddha, when she was doing movies without a superstar). It is a different thing that this forum was always harping on actors like Parineeti, Yami, Ileana and so on to be Alia's competition, but they never got the public approval that Shraddha got. The forum as always, started hyping Shraddha when she was already on the downside, due to the emergence of Disha.

On what basis are you quantifying public approval especially for lleana and yami? They were never pitied with alia, shraddha, parineeti. Neither by media/industry nor the audience.

Shraddha, alia, and parineeti all were pitied against each other. Shraddha and alia have obviously come out most successful in the current day. While parineeti has not. although if you look at her lineup it is way better than lleanas and yami’s despite as you say her being publicly disapproved..

Lleana and yami were never publicly disapproved or compared and there’s a reason for that.. they were/are just not given opportunities or broadcasted as mainstream actresses after their debuts
You can’t compare apples and oranges.

Even comparing apples and apples can be misconstrued and this is were the whole topic of nepotism/lobbying and power play comes in

Yar 2-3 logon ne Kat wali baat boli so I felt maybe many feel so n pointed that out.

But (I maybe wrong though)I have seen more guyz crushing on Anushka at one time than Shraddha.The pre-surgery Anushka was really popular amongst guyz but she still couldn’t make movies like Badmash Company or MKBKM hit.There are many things that attribute in the BO nos.Shardha is def more popular than Parineetis,Illeanas or Yamis..but not as much as u guyz make her out to be(this is just my personal observation) plus I don’t think she has been anywhere close to being as popular as Kat..near bhi nai.

Again, I didn't said she is anywhere near Katrina level of popularity. But that Shraddha was the most popular among the launde lapade audience in last decade from the 2010s debutant generation actress.

And no Anushka never got the male approval like Shraddha got, Shraddha at one time was like crush of most of the young boy, due to her being Arohi. I know many girls changed their facebook name to Arohi😆.

We cinephiles hate on Aashiqui 2 and Ek Villain, because they were blah movies, but masses loved those movies and had crush on Shraddha's characters.
