This show honestly should just end....kuch hai bhi nahin story and bas kheenchne ke liye kheench rahe hain with all these replacements of characters that just never caught on in this "reboot"😆

😆 Promotion ho gaya na KP ka from ex bajaj ka creepy friend to bajaj😆Filhaal toh I think erica is playing kzk but they will look so odd sahi bol rahi ho bas keechne ke liye warna iss show main kuch bhi nahi hai kahani wahani you durr ki baat hai and by that I mean bohat durr ki baat yeh toh ek lamhe jhalak dekhne laayak bhi nahi hai given the "star-studded" cast. Kuch zyada hi ooncha level ke stars hain for mere jaisa nacheez🤷‍♀️🙄

Re: bonding....well I don't remember a lot of details now since I watched it a while back but mujhe half-baked toh nahin lagaa. Laila Majnu (the legend) are not famous because they got a lot of time to fall in love.....loll it's famous because it was intense. Now the establishing of the intensity depends on the execution, not how much time is spent on it. In the case of the movie, what I remember is that Majnu was very intense from the get go in how he fell in love with her and pursued her....Laila initially didn't take him seriously and only found him irritating but I think his intensity ultimately pulled her in and she started to be drawn to him too.....I think it might have been somewhere around this song....I forgot what he was talking about....but I vaguely recall that his eccentricity ultimately started intriguing her and she fell in love with him like that only

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=42zuh-UZ4o4

The roohaani aspect of their love deepened more post them being torn apart in tragedy....her marriage, his descent into madness. I don't remember all the details now but I just recall being impressed by both actors, especially him....and they did try to give Laila some fierceness too in how she tackles her abusive husband.

Yeah I did like it. Haha no I didn't mean it like they didn't get screen time I just found the first half happening too fast like 1 sec laila was like this is all a joke am just having some timepass next moment she was questioned at home and she was suddenly in love without a proper moment of transition for her iss liye I said it felt thoda unconvincing to me.ofcourse later her regret at being impulsive came into play too.

I love this song. I think this was one of the last of the original albums lovely it is. The actors were darn good both of them and hahah sudharshan as laila's husband had me 🤣uski shakal dekh ke hi hassi phooth rahi thi meri and I really liked how laila tackled that loser.

Also saw BulBull and that one is WOWZERS absolutly amazing atlast netflix scored with this one and tripti is just fantabulous. I am so impressed by it there's so much to talk here but won't give spoilers. Also is it me or she looks like shraddha Kapoor from certain angles .

This is bittersweet. I couldn't help but think that maybe if they made the announcement about 2 weeks ago things would've been different. *sigh*

Anyways I guess it's a good move for them to make it free for all caz it will attract a lot of traffic so hotstar ka toh faayda hi faayda. I personally did not like the book or the hollywood version infact both were too overhyped and extremely mediocre😆 Precisely remember us desis laughing at teenager kids bawling their eyes out at theatres and us going hain? Ispe itna to rahe hain kabhi KHNH nahi dekhi kya 🤣 this was too mild for us🤣 but yeah the film was mehhhhh the book was blehhhh too so idk how this hindi version will be but regardless now it has different emotions attached to it so it will make us emotional and not exactly for the content🤷‍♀️ I just hope that somehow they give it a different ending or leave it vague/open that is all I want . I am intrested in music though caz rehman and hopefully it means original music.

@bold: I'm not sure I follow....proper moment of transition matlab? You wanted her to have a "Eureka, I'm in love!" moment and declare that she's in love for it to be clear?😆....For me, her expressions were conveying her shifting emotions towards him pretty clearly, so I didn't find it rushed *shrugs*

Bulbull I'm yet to watch....whole day is so stressful with work shit, I'm sometimes reluctant to get into watching a full movie shaam ko. Hopefully I can watch it soon.

Wow you hate The Fault in our Stars so much?😆

Funny.....I found KHNH super over-rated when it came out and frankly it didn't move me one bit😆.....mujhe sab contrived and sappy lagaa tha and the Kantaben angle repels me to this day. I loved the title song obviously but the story didn't do much for me originally....I learnt to tolerate it a bit over the years.

I loved The Fault in Our Stars book actually....not in terms of bawling over it or anything....but I thought the story had heart and poignancy....movie wasn't bad either, but the book was better IMO.

Oh I didn't notice AR Rahman's name in the credit....well let's hope the music lives up to his level....off late, he's been doing pretty mehh stuff.

I don't know I just felt wahan kuch kami thi maybe it's just me or I had raised my expectations but I did enjoy the film overall so it's fine.

Oh bulbuul gets heavy so don't watch it after a stressful day. Just giving you a headsup but it's easily one of the finest works in recent times 👏

Yep, the movie is getting rave reviews from all corners it seems. Hopefully it lives up to my expectations now😆

Tripti's eyes and face cut are slightly like Shraddha's but I think she has sharper features and presence than Shraddha.....Shraddha ka demeanor overall is softer and more petite looking.

My movie taste has changed a lot over the years ab I can't look back at most of the bolly sappy films but once I love them khnh is the one I can still enjoy though I find the whole I will find love for you extremely stupid now and now rohit has become my fav instead of aman but when it came everyone went so emo over it and uss waqt bada dukh laga tha ke aisa kyon hua bechara aman. 😆 I don't hate fault in our stars but it was so overhyped everywhere literally every teenager walking down the street was holding a copy and all the white teenaged girls were going omg omg omg best thing ever and were so excited for the movie and used to cry so much after the end credits( P.s a lot of my thoughts come from the experiences I have had while working at a theater so yeah )and it would leave us all chuckling ke aisa kya hai this is hardly even that emotional Bollywood films have been way more sappier and dukhi which is why khnh example inka kya hoga if they'll see it. It was more a brown people inside joke caz boy the visuals of teenage girls getting so emo was funny and cute. Also my irritation comes with the whole overdrive of 2 teenagers suffering from a beemari films like they were all the same on the same topic I personally like five feet apart better but ehh.

Like we have fault in our stars, 5 feet apart, everything everything, me before you (I mean this wasn't teenage but you get what I mean) all almost instantly one after other so yeah😆

Book was ok definately better than the movie had some good quotes but still nothing extra ordinary as it was made out to be just my opinion. 😆

Never mind me working bts really effects my viewing experiences even for desi films 😆 The things we see and encounter makes it all so entertaining so honestly even if something is brilliant sometimes we are just so done with it that we are like bas yehi that isle liye mare jaa rahe hain log😆

She definatly has a lot more confidence so that's a plus too shraddha has gotten better now but initially she used to put me to sleep 😆also tripti is just far more convincing and daring if I may say so

@bold: I found it super stupid when I first watched it also and this is the one angle that will never be convincing to me in any story.....execution is usually contrived. I found the setup of Naina being the cliched "awkward" chashmish also pretty irritating.

LOL I have no idea about the overload of dying teenager stories that came out around the time of FIOS....mere liye toh I just read this book cuz I heard about it and I liked the book for itself....didn't really watch/read any similar stories that year. I wasn't on Twitter and stuff back then so had no idea of screaming teenagers ka hype or lack thereof....achhi life thi....simple....lol.....just goes to show hype kills the chance of anything being viewed in isolation on its own merit.

I liked the story because it had a philosophical angle to tragedy, grief and loss....especially with the lives of the parents woven in beyond the love story itself.

Haven't watched Five Feet Apart....no idea about it. Me before you is the one with Khaleesi in it, right? lol I think I've seen the poster....but story felt too cliched so I never bothered.
