Be it exaggeration or not, this outrage was very much needed and that's what Kjo and his gang deserve.

Just imagine, how would you feel had you been mocked by a community every day and night and that's the place where you belong to? That's what happened to Sushant...Karan Johar always kept his name in KWK on purpose so that the starkids could laugh at him. I just can't get over those statements where Alia Bhatt asked, "Sushant Singh Rajput, who?" Then Sonam gave a rolls eye expression when Kjo brought up Sushant's name and Sonam Said "I don't know I never watched his film". Then in hook-up, marry and kill game Sushant would have to be the one get killed every time. Saif also mocked him in KWK, so did Kareena in another show where she advised Sara "Don't date your first hero", she clearly indicated Sushant. Years after years Sushant had to endure all these things and despite of that Kjo and his gang would get away easily? No they shouldn't.

They might not be responsible for Sushant's death, but they were responsible for his depression indeed. Period.

This narrative was started by Kangana against Karan Johar.

Many people in the industry are like Karan, but Kangana strategically chose him. For example, she could have chosen Yash Chopra or Aditya Chopra. Boney Kapoor or Salman Khan. Sajid Nadiadwala or Mahesh Bhatt. And many others. They all do favouritism and cast their near and dear ones.

But she chose the one face that everyone recognizes + doesn't like. Karan just paid the price for being unabashed about his life and loving the limelight. To Karan's credit, he has been open about wanting to cast anyone he wants. No other producer or director is being this honest or participating in dialgoue around nepotism, so KJO becomes the natural villain.

And she chose to do it on Karan's show. Why even go to that show if you despise him so much?

Karan wouldn't have invited Kangana to his show if she gave him mean vibes off-screen. So she must have befriended him and then chose the perfect moment to destroy him, on air. Karan had no choice but to air it. If he hadn't shown the bit on the show, she would have used it against him to say "I called out Karan on his nepotism, but look, he chose to edit it out. Go ask Star World, they will still have the tapes in their archives. So you can check whether I am lying or not" Kangana 1, Karan 0

Now that Karan chose to air it, Kangana won acclaim and applause for calling Karan out. Kangana 1, Karan 0.

So basically, it's a win-win situation for Kangana and lose-lose situation for Karan. And she has done it very smartly, tactfully.

And even today she is shamelessly using her colleague's death as ammunition to hit out against her enemies. But guess what, she's winning! People only look at this issue superficially and Kangana has perfected the outsider, bechari, victim act.

Look at KJo. Even with Sushant, he could have simply shared a condolence message and move on, but he chose to admit his faults. And Kangana has used his (partial) honesty against him by making him the villain. She's capitalized this whole thing so much, it's downright disgusting.

I am not understanding the outrage against Kangana in your post... Ok for once lets say Kanagna benefits somehow out of this controversy. But overall we have to look at the bigger picture. Whatever you, i and others have been discussing ever since SSR death, about the nepotism and systematic system to destroy outsiders need to be stopped/rectified, Kanagna is just giving fuel to it. There is a term called collateral damage in war. Consider the apposite of it as collateral benefit. Kangana might benefit out of it, however if we win war against Kjo n his cronies and other snakes(read Aditya Chopra) so be it.

Karan is the flag bearer of nepotism. So this is fraction of karma.

Tbh, had sushant not committed suicide, even if he had spoken up, he would have been dismissed as a failed. Hota guy and mocked. People like tanushree datta and many more have spoken up before , they have been brushed aside as jealous losers who failed to make it.

And the arrogance of alia, kareena, sonam, kJo, the entire nepo clique needed to come out.

This isn't about Kangana, people are highlighting what she said in the video, but what about the other prominent personalities who addressed this before her. People's hatred for KR is making them oppose whatever she talks about, but this time, it isn't about her but about the issues many are talking about, the role of nepotism and the plight of outsiders.

Right from Shekhar Kapur to Raveen Tandon are talking about camps, Bollywood mafia, power playing hero's and mean girls, gang. That needs to be addressed.

why did SSR say that " they will throw me out", why did he mention about godfather, why did he say he felt left out and no one invites him to parties. These are SSR's words, why was he not given acknowledgement for the super hit chichore, why was his phenomenal performance in Dhoni deprived of any award?.

KR raised the issue of nepotism, bcoz she has faced it. She, Irrfan Khan, Manoj Bajpayee all faced it, she was the one who bared it all and took them on. If today we are talking about this issue in Bollywood is because she went on KJO's show and spoke about it directly to him.

Lets make this about SSR , not about KR

BTW how precise and brilliant portrayal of Dhoni, its not easy to get the exact mannerism like this. It shows how much he has trained for it. He didn't get any award for this not acknowledgement for this. Now wait and watch how they come for Ranveer's 83. You will see the difference

Well said. I’m surprised people here think Karan shouldn’t be blamed.

He’s not the cause of death but his mandli is a FACTOR in Sushants downfall. All these Ranbir fans needs to face the truth

Do you know that most of the matches scenes in that movie were in fact VFX? His acting was amazing in that movie but the cricket matches scenes were VFX i mean they had original matches videos being played and with Dhoni's face replaced with SSR's.

Don't get me wrong, his acting in the movie was amazing especially in the first half where he's playing U19 and working at a train station and all that.

These producers like Karan ..Yash Raj ..Bhatts etc might not have been conspiring against Sushant in particular but they can be blamed for snatching work opportunities from more deserving people like Sushant ...this is what probably happened in Sushant's case he was replaced by star kids in many projects as per news reports ..also them making snide remarks about him probably led him to depression to the extend that poor guy took his life ...there may have been many others factor we don't even know about ..this is a form of bulling and they should be called out for it ..

Sushant's tragedy maybe be able to help many others who are facing same problems
