Every day I see "Psycho is back" . How is anyone allowed to be back so many times? Don't you see this can't be done without some support from higher end?

I guess thats why the members left.

As far as I know that persons IP is banned n she is using VPN to make million IDs. At that time IDs couldn't be created using VPN.. I dont know now.
