AHHHHHHHH YOU UPDATED !!!!! So i normally mostly check for updates in the evening after work/just casually and i’m working from home today so saw you updated a little early and checked the update page where i read Vandie’s comment which mentioned a rain scene and I squealed.. literally !! Sitting on my bed @ 17:30, i squealed and it was a great moment !! Haha..

Coming to the update !!! OH MY GOD LOL SO MUCH CONTENT .. my heart !!!! Can I just say Khushi is an absolute MOOD with the overthinking part. I mean it might be slightly different to us in terms of overthinking something given her experiences but honestly.. so relatable!! And her turmoil.. and the fact that she is so logical and wants things clear-cut is just such a mood!! Argh.. i love her :( i couldn’t help but wonder “will she or won’t she” and reading about the contingency, so relatable!! Genuinely that is my bubby. Also Lavanya has my heart!!! She is the sweetest, most pure bean. The “Khushi, do you want to text him” was so soft but I just read/pictured Lavanya and it just made me want to hug her for being such an understanding and lovely friend :) (this seems a bit much but i feel so much when it comes to characters! It is so overwhelming hehe)! Also I might be a bit daft here.. or i think i am forgetting something, Lavanya’s ring??? On her finger??? Casual ring or is she engaged? I might need to re-read 😊

The bit in the update where you wrote about Khushi contemplating the job offer, the reveal that getting a job in AR and Co was what triggered her tears, it was so heartfelt and sad to read. It really made me feel for her character and I can’t help but completely love and be in awe of her.. i mean wow. It really makes you think how far a person can come.. how far she has come in terms of life. Oh man.. feeling slightly self-conscious here because i feel like i’m analysing to deeply/being extra but what the hell.. here lies the power of writing/reading !! So yeah.. i am genuinely tempted to see what she chooses. It will be interesting!! And i’ll be happy for her regardless.

AHHH THIS SCENE MADE ME SMILE SO MUCH!!!-

“her fingers flipped the device in her palm. The movement reminded her of Arnav and his restless habit of twirling pens and flipping phones, and the thought brought an unchecked, amused smile on her lips”

Again, a complete mood because this had me smiling too!!!!!!! CUTE BUBBIES. Also her text message.. hahaha my brave and adorable baby !!!!! You go girl.. LOL. And the retract a message!!😂😂😂 tooooooo cuuuuute !! Also the whole exchange!!!!!! MY HEART.🤗 It was so nice to see the turmoil both Khushi and Arnav were going through. Thank you for this. On one hand, Khushi overthinking/being restless over whether to message Arnav or not vs Arnav feeling restless by being reminded Khushi isn’t close/hasn’t messaged/he does not want to encroach on her personal time/ the awareness that he gave her his personal number !!! Oooooofffff .. too good. Also the soft smile and Arnav’s decision to go home.. all in a days work!!!!!

Of course .. finally !!!! The rain scene.. the case of the 2 umbrellas !!! How adorable was this scene!!! Arnav making sure Khushi was protected !! From !!! Rain !!! SOFT AND ADORABLE BABIES.. and then her running forward to place the umbrella on an already soaking Arnav so she’s getting drenched again 😂😂😂 cuties!! Also Khushi’s comments are sooooooo Khushi !!! The tote bag LOL !!!! She is so pure haha !! And the laugh.. she laughed!!!! (The way you wrote this btw reminded me of the Khushi having flour on her face ftr the show and Arnav’s hearty laugh!!!!) - basically envisioned that and it was perfect but of course with Khushi’ hearty laugh! .. also what a perfect close to a beautiful chapter.

Lavanya isn't engaged. She has a habit of playing with a casual ring on her finger whenever she's doing some hard thinking (casual reference to this in Ch.1 which obv. no one could possibly remember now), so that's what this was about.

You've said everything that could possibly be said and more, so I'll just leave this behind- ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

(P.S.- I LOVE that scene from the show where Arnav heartily laughs for the first time. TBH I still hold a grudge against Anjali for ruining that perfect moment. But then, I hold a grudge against the show version of Anjali for more reasons than one. Lol.)

Wow an amazing story! I binged read the whole thing until 2am, couldn’t put it down! Love this Khushi, she’s been suppressed by her ex but is strong enough to start afresh. Her independence will stop her feeling so vulnerable because of her past, and her little funny nuances when she feels free and uninhibited and when she’s with Lavanya, makes me want a roomy like her!

Wonderfully written with such moments like the pen twirling thingy, that makes me want to try it, the description of the scenic surroundings or even the fact that the advice given to her by her mother about marriage was so realistic, - all of these makes feel I’m living as Khushi herself! Now if only I can find me a man like this Arnav, quiet, considerate, caring, pedantic without being overly weird, I’ll be a happy woman!

Another brilliant chapter by you it was hilarious .There was a comedy of errors in front AR involving three people the boss, employee ,and a confused chauffeur in front AR juggling with two umbrellas .Any onlooker would have thought they were playing a serious game with umbrellas. Best part all were drenched in spite of having umbrella’s . It looked like the game was who would get wet more.

Loved the way how you have portrayed the hesitation and the anxiety of both of them to text each other. Post the holiday kushi could never seem to get Arnav out of her system which was also noticed by Lavanya , she made full use of this opportunity and didn’t mind pulling kushi’s leg. There Arnav was also thinking about kushi . Though both Arnav and kushi’s fingers were itching to text each other they did not want to invade each other’s privacy. Finally when kushi managed to send him a message it was regarding his choice of the worst network.😣

But slowly we are witnessing a change in the dynamics of Arnav and kushi’s relation. kushi is now contemplating of reversing her decision of quitting AR after being in close proximity with him and interacting with him.I feel his charm and personality seems to have affected kushi

Wait and see how kushi and Arnav interact with each other in the office environment.
