I've never seen any case of halala in my life wich is about 47 yrs😔. These halala things are highlighted in Pakistani dramas maybe because ppl there say trible talaq at once.😕

Islamic rules if followed right you won't see halala. Like here in my contry . A man says one talaq only. So he has another chance to reconcile. He learns his lesson , corrects his mistake, and if he gave another talaq he becomes more aware of his words. If he gives the last talaq, so it is over. It means that this couple are seriously not meant for eachother. So they move on on their lives, and never do halala, or try to come back. Although Islam gives them a chance if their lives with another spouses fail. So they can return to each other..which as I said, never seen happening here.😊

Unfortunately it happens in reality too...Just google and see how many news items you will get to read from real life and intellectuals expressing their concern over this practice becoming rampant!

what can i say...people are just not educated enough who follow these traditions

is society ever fair to women?

Halala is against Islamic rules, coz Islam doesn't allow marriage with the intention of talaq . Ppl who practice such things are uneducated. Also triple talaq at one time is forbidden by prophet (pbuh) . But some ppl don't follow Quraan and Sunnah, society needs to learn how to practice real Islam.

Interesting discussion .I to am never in favour of halala. But coming to show what are they intending to apply, I just dont get the purpose

triple talaaq only counts as one anyway

also divorce given in a moment of anger or pressure is invalid...it all depends on the intention of the person

like a man may threaten to divorce his wife or say something like if you do this, i divorce you...that doesnt count as a divorce

also that meherbano girl i think will marry sohail and teach a lesson or two to his family

ya yaar i feel drama has its own version of reality but tripple talaq was very common in india,woman suffered a lot so govt is now helping,same way for us divorce is practically impossible if it is contested by either party, but govt tries to help there too,including dowry and other bad things in society.I feel these things shouldn't be looked at as religious or not.But more as vices of a society,May be some places halala is not common but they have other problems about women.

Every where society has been unfair to women.Men have tried to control women either by religion or other rules of society.

That being said coming to this drama,I am very worried that story is going towards that direction.I sincerely hope that only after second divorce,she should just leave him and then he needs to have a reflection about his vices.controlling anger is very very important.

I feel mehar bano twist will come but am also worried that affan's character may ask his brother to do halala which will even cause problem in his relationship with the girl. Or I hope we get really lucky and her character is just shown in drama to teach that lalchi saas and nanad's few lessons.

sohail seems sensible he wont do halala with zaira...either third talaaq will not happen or zaira will leave them and not forgive
