But if your religion has a rule where you can divorce by saying it, shouldn't you be extremely careful? Saad was born and brought up in Pakistan so shouldn't it be inherent that you need to weigh your words carefully?

that is why a man is given 2 more chances to redeem himself but after that theres no going back...this 3 talaaq rule was implemented so that men think twice before giving talaaq because after 3 she cant remarry him

So he will give 3rd talak to I think and then halala twist? Hope Zara puts her foot down and doesnt opt for halala.

but guys isn't first talaq cancelled as she even got pregnant after first one...

i think she will more feel insulted that he keeps uttering such things at hats drop....I do feel she will leave him for now and story may become of him trying to win her back and do anger management as well.

it still counts as one divorce he can only give 2 more...cancel nahi hota as that would be unfair for women na phir to aise husbands har month hi divorce de dein wife ko and she would always have to live with that pain she cant stay with him or move on

I still don’t understand how this pronouncement of triple talaaq is favorable to the girls the way the muslims would like everyone to believe....😕 I mean baad mein they are put through the regressive ‘halala’ thingy and asked to sleep with random men to get back to the guy who insulted them in the first place ,and put themselves through more insult...How is that for the benefit of the women?

who told you that? thats not correct at all this halala thing is just made up by jaahil people...you cant marry someone with the intention to divorce and go back to first husband thats haraam

its only permissible for a man to marry his ex wife again if she has been divorced by her second husband due to any other reason but not with the intention of halala

May be made up by jaahil people or whoever...but even you cannot deny that this practice is rampant now and women are being put through more suffering because of this?

Hmm, that makes sense. If the girl has to go through the pain of hearing Talak thrice then the guy should never be allowed to marry her again. Otherwise, where is the end to the pain? He'll continue to misbehave and divorce her as and when he deems fit.
