Agree. I too wish they had different name for one of the leads. Maybe later when they become friends they'll share a good joke about it.😆

Sultan named his daughter Momina because Husn e Jahan named her son Qalb e Momin. The play on the names in the novel is amazing.

I still remember one line, when Momin curses someone and what he wishes bad for them comes true. The line is woh Qalb e Momin tha,Allah uski dua kyun na sunta.

I feel like the drama loses out on all these little things , which have made the novel a masterpiece.

Oh thanks for explaining! Now it makes more sense. They seem made for each other now <3

I was thinking why would such a writer like Umera Ahmed use such names. Now I see the wisdom behind it.

The drama is perfect, and it is already having lots of long dialogues..they can't show the whole thing because of the difference in the neature between a novel and a drama. Novel depends on words, and drama depends on visuals. 😊

I love it too. 😊It is a thought provoking drama which makes a viewer ask himself many questions about life, love, relationships and religion. ❤️

I like it that the secret behind Taha's leaving his family is still a mystery. The last scene shows that humans are soon to judge eachother even without knowing the full story. I like it when Abdul Aala was soon to stop his grandson when he started hatefully about his mother , because of the mistake she committed which made Taha leave them.🤔

Abdul Aala was angry at Taha when he started painting bodies. It is a well known fact among many muslims that we are forbidden from painting the creatures which have souls. Although there are differences of opinions about it. But it is clear in the Islamic history that muslims didn't paint creatures, they showed their art prowess by calligraphy and Arabisc . 😊

I think the writer took a gr8 challenge when she chose this topic , coz in this age ppl may start judging her for going against art or prefering religion over the right of speech. But let's see how will she handle those matters till the end , coz I am loving it .😃

I love this show. It's difficult to put into words but there's something about it that captivates me and makes me watch every second of it.

Some call it slow, some call it boring and to each his own but we're so used to certain kind of melodrama, shock value, romance and other tried and tested formulas that any drama that tries to be slightly different is frowned upon.

Hi guys

Just finished watching the latest episode. Such and beautiful and thought provoking drama. Nowadays I hardly watch Pak dramas and even those watch I leave them half way, but with this one I can/t wait for the next epi to be uploaded.

I found similar names of the main leads interesting. Also seems all characters are connected to one another. It was a shocker finding out who Husn-e-Jahan's 2nd husband was.

BTW this drama gives me a strong MZZB vibes, typical Umera Ahmed.
