I think she did what is correct.When someone is making a serious conversation and you cannot look into the eye and listen/ speak, then it is cowardice or stupidity.

Indians have this habit of never looking into the eye while having serious conversation.

She told him twice to listen and this fool was busy sipping his tea and looking elsewhere.

Most of them keep chomping their food or look elsewhere. I wonder how they can be always hungry and in need of cups of tea.

Arhaan is stupid and will remain so.
