U know I was thinking on lines of bepanaah..in that also both the leads had d same pain..one went dark and one went into light.. Adi who was dark helped zoya who to grow and become stronger and even come out of her pain completely..and he succumbed and once she found her strength she brought him out too.

Here also both MayRa have a past pain.. Maya is in dark and Rudra is in light and Maya is giving the strength to Rudra to move ahead from the past..by the end of taking revenge Maya wont have anything left and she will burn along..and for all the strength she gave Rudra..he will bring her back and teach her to trust and love again..

The writer is the same so I am thinking into the same psychology
