No Suta I first opted for MD Gynae in my counselling....then after one month i surrendered my seat and went for 2nd counselling and opted for Anesthesia😛

Literally I was done with torture in Obs and gynae department and I was so tortured that when it was my last day before surrendering they werent letting me leave after night duty also as my reliever had not come. I told them that im going do whatever you want ive already completed my formalities for seat surrender so just go to hell🤣

they requested me to wait for 2 minues for handover and the substitute reliever who was unavailable till then came in 2 minutes🤣🤣

So that was a torture really😡

Critical care is almost the same thing as Anaesthesia only ..it’s just that it’s not inside OT but ICU or CCU ... and you have to take care of multiple patients at the same time ....

NO its a misconception😆 once you enter critical care you realise they are like east and west....just that Anesthesia helps in procedures and some basic knowledge about ventilators. Otherwise theyre poles apart.
