In my eyes Naira and Karthik both have crossed boundaries they shouldn't have. Karthik should have met with Vedika immediately when she called. His lack of concern for her wellbeing is wrong. For him celebrating Diwali with his exwife is more important than looking out for Vedika's safety. I believe Karthik and Naira definitely deserve some blame here as they don't understand how to not cross the line. They need to stop fantasizing about each other and face reality.

I just realized that this Vedika Character in the show, she is here for almost ~4+ months by now, I am still clueless. I just have one major question, "Who is this Vedika?"

Who is she that we are made to bear her. Why are we made to watch out for her antics? What exactly is her character? Why is she being forced on us viewers?

CVs tried. They tried a lot to convince us with her Character. But she is not worth it. I hope creatives have accepted this. She is coming across as highly delusional personality, sick to an extent, but we're forced to take her in for her "positivity". Who exactly is this Vedika, why should we even consider her, with her double standard antics?

Frankly speaking, third angle is not always not good. They can have a solid fanbase too. But here, she is just not good. Not convincing enough. But, Sympathy for her? Understand her plight? Her loneliness? *insert tons of sarcasm*
Was there even a single track on her Character's positive attitude? I can't recall of any.

All I can recall of her is that she had one sided crush on Kartik, she got lucky and got to "marry" him. She knew he is being forced, but she believes that he agreed to all of this by himself. She dragged Naira into the ugly blame game, felt sorry for a moment, did a sorry sorry drama in front of God whilst praying. She cares least about an infant, though she says she is understanding, yet she want that love child of her so called husband, be gone and vanished, just because she want to start her married life. And she is supposedly sorry for her behavior but she repeatedly wants to blame Naira and get the kid be sent to somewhere far away. She claims that her husband married her on his own will, yet she desperately wants to kick her husband's first wife, well because what if her husband who married her on his own will will ditch her. And so we should sympathize with her!?

She lost her dad. She has no one to depend on? Not to forget she is a grown-up when all this tragedy happened, yet she decided to cling on to a stranger family and did the stranger's house chores, developed one sided crush on supposedly widower, who was completely broken and still loves his original wife. And we should still sympathize with her feelings?

This Vedika Character who is a full grown adult, supposedly lonely, had no one, she was lonely to the limit that she had to depend on a stranger's family, suddenly has a dear childhood friend working as a professional in the very same city. This lonely character suddenly has a loving relative in a different country, whom she needed to attend. And now this lonely Character has a lover or supposedly stalker or whatever. And so we should understand her plight and sympathize her!!!?

Who is exactly is this Vedika? And why do the Creatives want us to be convinced of this Character and her oh so pitiful life.

PS. I will shut up before I start with the acting glitches. Yet another reason to be unconvinced about this Vedika Character, but I will excuse myself before I get into this because of the rules of the forum.

PSS. The topic maker rightly said about the "women victim card". I don't really understand creatives here. No matter what they try to create sympathy-like situations, it's just not convincing, considering the previous characterization and tracks that involves this Vedika Character. Instead of convincing, it's backfiring. Now tell me who is this Vedika that why should we have an amicable settlement with her post her circus-like nonsensical tracks!

Next time yeah Palavi Goenka house main aye tho usse bhi dhake markar bahar nikalna chahiye with her pathetic selfish dumb friend. Vedika has alot to answer for... She was living with this family for years they treated her like her like their own family member but she hid her dirty past and put them in this situation today. I dont want to see her pathetic tears and then everyone sympathising with bechari Vedika. Yes. Still can't understand why the makers r giving importance to vedika's character even after such backlash. They might have tried bringing a third angle, but it just didn't work. Kaira have their own charm. Despite showing both wrong n kinda ruining their characters, mohsin n shivangi perform it so well, that they r d oly saving grace. It's high time they put a closure to "supposedly" cameo character. Also, don't know whether it's a character's fault or what, Pankhuri's acting just falls flat. It never impresses or makes someone empathize wid her.

They cud have wrapped vedika's track much before n then gotten wid kaira sorting their differences. No offense, but It seems like, makers r adjusting the story as per pankhuri's schedule. It's revolving too much around her story. The last few episodes were good widout her presence. Unfortunately, the crap is again served to the audience. I wonder, r they ever gonna put closure to dis vedika track or not..

But will he take a stand now? It doesnt seem anytime soon, Kartik is not even thinking about taking a step. Naira is already scared because of her suicidal tendencies, now her kidnapping and the ex angle will bring her more sympathy from Naira that she will convince Kartik to accept her .

It’s strange that Naira saved her from the kidnapper still she ran towards Kartik to hug him. No repentance at all for treating Naira like crap before, instead ran to hug the love of his life. I cant believe that she is not aware that Kartik and Naira still love each other the same way. How come A man who was madly in love with his dead wife, will forget her when she is actually alive. What does she thinks of Kartik?

On a different note favouring cvs, whatever crap darma they may write, but kaira content they write beautifully.

If see from maker perspective, all this drag was to show progression of kaira gradually and beautifully, we all had opinion they managed schedule for a cameo but if you see it, if they had rushed vedika track for pankhuri's schedule and brought kaira Milan it would have looked meaningless.

But this progression and their realisation even when vedika present will make it look kaira love is above anything.

And I also don't think vedika getting much attention whatever she is getting it has to deal with kaira so every time prime focus is kaira only.

I really hope makers continue with this progression, otherwise no reason holding on to an insignificant character.

PS: Waise drag and slow pace episodes to increase number of episodes and pro long separation which will lead to grand wedding of kaira again.

They adjusted and dragged the drama...just because pankhuri was busy shooting... they replaced kairav...because the first one got a fever after doing shoots longer then 10 hours...but they will happily play with fans..and get into trp drama...to adjust acc. To pankhuri schedules.

I hate when amazing actors like shivi and momo are workings their minds off on such projects and our saving the day and here because of pankhuri we are seeing crappy episodes.

I also cant seem to get my mind of when pankhuri and another new actor made fun of fans during kaira separation..when they talked abt kaira Milan...i liked pankhuri in razia...but here its all crap. The acting ...expressions...the timing...the whole cast adjusting acc to her.

She is such a useless third angle. DKP is not balaji , their leads have always been beyond perfect and no third angle have ever garnered any fan base . It was ok till Vedika was a cameo, we were able to digest her pathetic screen presence , but they actually got on my nerves the moment they made her do things. She is been wicked and cunning right from the wedding and no rona dhona can make her look good.

I really hope that this hug turns into something good in the end. Kartik saw Naira moving back, he should feel that he needs to get rid of Vedika for good now. Otherwise he will loose his family forever.

I trusted CV with the same positive note. But,

I had lots of hope from post 5 year leap track considering the Character sketch of main leads but I ran out of patience with the kind of importance given to the cameo role even after she failed to strike a worthy existence. Also when they were really focused on drag fest, last month and nearly spoiled the characterisation of the lead characters just to showcase the "positivity" of the certain cameo.

Also, even though we believe Kaira is the end game so whatever is being shown of Vedika is actually for Kaira, I barely agree to that. The thing is if Vedika's Character was written as the hype was, I would have welcomed that. You need setbacks to realize the worth of what you have. But here, Vedika was anything but a setback. She just looked like a displeasing sight that can be easily ignored, but the very Character of Kartik in particular was being played with just to adjust with Vedika's. She actually ended up getting more attention just because of damage she was causing in other's Character sketches. Even with the backlash creatives kept on working on Vedika's invisible "positivity". So yes she did get attention irrespective of the fact that she is kind of paving way for endgame Kaira. Until now.

But yes, Kaira at the moment seems to be behaving what I expect from Kaira. So I am actually having a teeny-tiny hope yet again. But then again I really dread the love of CVs for this particular cameo.
