Am all caught up...finally!! And what a stomach-aching laughter kind of trip it's been so far. I don't think I would ever be able to sit on a dentist's chair hereafter (and am due for a visit real soon) without seeming like an absolute lunatic who smiles and chuckles for no apparent reason. I loved imagining baby Khushi and little Arnav's antics but more than that, I dug Payal's wicked sense of humor. She's turning out to be the dark, dark humorous horse in this story. Now that Akash's making an entry, I wonder what hilarious things you have planned for them-Payal and Akash I mean.

I did enjoy the Rabba-ve and dhak-dhak scene. It was nicely done. But knowing KKG and ASR the way we do, I am sure these two are going to deny and run away from each other kicking and screaming (btw, I am imagining writerji having a rope on each hand, pulling hard on them while the characters are running like crazy 🤣) .

(Oops!! Just saw that the pic had a price listed below it. Deleted it hence.)

P.S.1. Am not sure if the image is subject to copyright or what the rules are here in IF. If there is a problem, I can edit the post and remove it. Pls someone let me know.

P.S.2. You have another ongoing story?! Two stories at the same time?!! Wow!!!

Sandy, the best thing to do is put CR: the url for whatever it is you’re posting or the name of person who posted it originally /platform where it was posted. I’m not sure if IF has it’s own rules

P, maybe it would be better to delete the picture from your answer to my query too. The picture had a price listed below that I didn't see before.

Payal should probably join forces with Nani to have similar fun. But I guess, that can only be until Fire Extinguisher's entry. After that, I am pretty sure she won't have much time to be hassled by the kids at school or her sister's blushing woes.

So Mr. Raizada was having cornflakes for dinner?? It's difficult to say whether he chose them for his molars or he was trying to recreate the morning magic. I bet this bowl of cornflakes wasn't even close to the morning bowl of deliciousness. Hari Prakash may have to take a crash course for a certain Ms. Gupt.

The dental date was super hilarious. When Khushi was recruiting for her attendant, she must have had "crazy" as a must have on the skillset. Dilip perfectly fits the bill. They are made for each other. Although, I understand his frustration, I don't want Dilip to be the new Aman - interrupting at the most unfortunate moment. Anyyyywayyyy...let's talk about the most awaited moment. Arnav on the mental dental seat. I loved Khushi's not-so-little lecture before the examination. I was 🤣 at her rant about brushing teeth and toothpaste Ads. Oh and also the anger management advise. Arnav needs to carry several of them in his pocket, like the tennis players, everytime he is going to be around Ms. Gupta. The epic moment was when Arnav finally did AAAAA, but madam was too busy with her rituals to notice. Actually, this reminded me of the scene where Khushi falls in a trench on their way to Nainital. Arnav offers his hand to pull her up, but she is busy managing the half eaten box of pakoras and dusting her jootis leaving the Laad governor super annoyed. But all's well that ends well, isn't it? We finally had a true Rabba ve moment and the dhakdhaks are out in full force. Raji's pic from few day's back was perfect for this occasion!

I wondered about Mr. Khadoos having cornflakes for dinner. Read the chapter twice to make sure I didn't get the timing wrong.

Dentists tell us to brush our teeth in vertical motion or circular motion. Front side of the teeth is OK. How can you do it at the back of the teeth without making a mess?

I don't have patience to do it slowly. So, I just brush the back side of the teeth the way it suits me, floss my teeth and go for clean up every 6 months. Done!

What is your experience?

Cheers.......

Raji, I would think you would make a mess while brushing, anyways, not brushing just the molars. What to say....brushing is a messy business 😆

I usually lean into the sink while brushing just in case. I cheat and don't floss the molars a lot of times :P

Am assuming you don't have kids yet. Try brushing their teeth...back, front, whichever. I was reprimanded severely the last time I took my boy to the dentist. Now, I perfectly understand why everyone hates a visit to the dentist (earlier I didn't like it but didn't hate it either)

So, my dear readers and friends, I had not quite finished celebrating my freedom from pain on one side of my face, when a molar on the opposite side decided that midnight was a good time to act like a total xjhsdjfh (you know what I mean). I was literally the ASR of this story the whole night, woke up the entire house in the process, spammed my dentist with SOS messages at 6 a.m. (earliest respectable time I could), and was on the dental chair the very first thing in the morning.

It's a good thing my laptop was far away from my reach through all this, else the next chapter of the story would be along these lines:

"Suddenly, the heavens parted, and an angel descended with an elixir on Earth, and gave it to Arnav saying that no mortal deserved to go through the pain that was toothache. Arnav drank it, and was cured forever, and said 'kay thanks bye to Khushi Dental Clinic and then they all lived happily ever after."

(P.S. Although through all the pain, when I finally saw a retractable chair in front of me, I remembered all of you and couldn't help smiling. Only for a few seconds though, because that is the period of joy my molars think I deserve in life.)

How are you feeling now? Should I make some delicious cornflakes and send them to you?

Take care!

Cheers......
