Hi Anu yeah no rain as heat and haze here. water and more coconut water in between. Zumba was good. yesterday was my class tmrw is yoga

Hello sista though the laundry issue has bern solved but we were advice not to hang our clothes outside as the haze is quite bad. all windows need to be kept close. Outdoor activities has been cancelled in many schools and children have to wear mask to school. my younger one started with stuffy nose and i am really exhausted seeing her falling sick constantly... what to do

Haseena, jokes apart, please be extra careful around haze hazard, the particles affect lungs & you all have gone through some rough health phase with low immunity 😃 I am glad about the overall awareness 👍🏼

Yes dear.... the air humidifier is ON all the time and even need to use Aircon indoor. Yes due to the immunity issue i started taking the VIt C the soluble ones every day also giving for my kids too.how are you there and hows weather at your end

The weather is no good, high humidity means low energy, plus, today was anything but energetic, unnecessary interference during work kind of breaks the speed & thought process 😕Thankfully towards the last leg for official day 🙏😆
