Lol...she has gained weight that’s it. Even I couldn’t recognise her when the pics were first released.
Also, she did look nice in the episode but it was too much for Teej. Literally looked like a bride.
I think it was the outfit and the makeup that gave a different look because when she was in western dress she looked like her regular self. She has mentioned a couple times in interviews that she follows a liquid diet.
