I think Remus himself wasn't sure about his place in Harry's life. Him being a werewolf made him having low self-esteem. But after Sirius's death he should've been in contact with Harry more often.

One thing I didn't like in Molly was how she treated Fleur before Bill got attached. And how she treated Hermione when she thought she broke Harry's heart due to Rita Skeeter's tabloids in gof. Gave me very internal misogynist vibe

Well, there's a lack of mother figures in Harry's life, but Hermione always looked out for Harry and took care for him, gives him advice or tries to stop him when he's about to do something reckless. Just because they were of same age doesn't mean she can't be a mother figure.

Alfonso Cuaron was the best director but I think Chris Columbus was the best filmmaker.

He deserves credit for bringing the wizarding world from books to screen. It must've required alot of hard work imagining Hogwarts and the wizarding world, doing the casting right, making so many kids act.

Worst was Mike Newell. Ruined a good book.

I think Harry said the sister thing only to console Ron.

There was serious lack of mother figures in Harry's life and Hermione was the best he got as he used to meet Molly only during Christmas. That's why I consider her a mother figure. About fighting with each other, Hermione also used to fight with Ron, that doesn't make her his sister.
