I think we should blame the screenplay writer and director for this scene rather than the actor.

Arthur and Hagrid. The rest just used Harry for their own motives or kept secrets from him.
Dumbledore is SO!! God if you really think about it,he was leading Harry to his death from the start đ He was willing to sacrifice Harry for the greater good. Maybe he knew Harry would survive but still, kinda prepared him as a pig for slaughter.
And Sirius just kept comparing him to his father. He saw James in Harry and when he didn't he was disappointed. Sirius has issues man. He wanted Harry to be James so bad.

Serious himself was too damaged. Needed someone to be there for him rather than be there for someone. He wanted Harry to be James replacement for him,n for that he'd often push him to be reckless. He did love Harry a loooot though.
Remus was a mature person but he himself was too insecure n hated himself. The way he wanted to leave his family n how Harry reacted to it, not to mention after Serious came he n Harry never really bonded much cz serious became the one Harry was closest to.
Dumbledore extremely manipulative, basically was training him as a pig for slaughter. He did end up loving him imo n kinda knew after gof Harry wouldn't die.But from Harry's side, he was someone who manipulated him n was never honest with him.
Hagrid was a teddy bear, so loving n loyal. But problem is he wasn't a responsible adult. The trio had to take care of him more than he had to in a sense. He was more of brother or even kidfigure imođ
Arthur was a typical dad, very loving n gave kids freedom. He was honest with Harry about serious as he understood the boy needed to know it . Was very welcoming of him in their home. Protected him even risking his family's safety n just basically took him in

Hagrid I think loved Harry the most apart from Ron, Hermione and Ginny, but he also used to create troubles for him. Sirius had issues because he never got a chance to grow up because of being in Azkaban for 12 years.
Dumbledore might be twisted but Harry chose Dumbledore as a father figure. Whenever there is something he feels is wrong, he straight up goes to Dumbledore for help.
Arthur was the best father figure for me too but Harry chosed Dumbledore.
Better mother figure?

we didn't see Hermione as a mom so can't say.
One thing I didn't like in Molly was how she treated Fleur before Bill got attacked. And how she treated Hermione when she thought she broke Harry's heart due to Rita Skeeter's tabloids in gof. Gave me very internal misogynist vibe

I think Remus himself wasn't sure about his place in Harry's life. Him being a werewolf made him having low self-esteem. But after Sirius's death he should've been in contact with Harry more often.
I agree about Arthur being the best.
