Nah, it's just the similar attire and hairdo. Kaka always styles himself like the rich teen boys do. Ab west ke teen boys yeh shoes pehante hai... Main kal hi kharidunga... West ke teen boys yeh hairdo kar rahe hai, main bhi karunga.

That's why most of the times when we see a rich teen boy from Mumbai, we feel the kid looks like Kaka.
