This is some positive thing from the past few episodes, else it was always kai getting her wicked ways, she is portrayed like a sadist ... more like an evil joker

Family members suspect foul play .. regarding Sal’s death ...when ACP arrives at Shah Manzil ..

It is revealed DrSharma was fake doc .....they fear Kainat might have been alive when they buried her .... Sharma sets up sadist ritual .... in his quest for revenge .... for killing his elder sister Sakshi ... who loved her dad .. .. he betrayed her ...Kai killed her n hid the dead body which was now skeleton .. today he was fulfilling his promise to release her soul .. he promises to kill kainat the day she recovered ..

Do they find out that it is Kai, does she do something foolish in her nervousness to show that she is not sultanat ???

No they assume it is Saltanat who is living with them.. they have no reason to suspect her that she is Kainat ..only Zainab knows the truth ..

Rubina gets suspicious over Saltanat’s strange behaviour ..

Ghazala finds evidences against the bhool of Kainat .. white sheet n Kai’s glasses ... Saltanat (actually it’s disguised Kai) confronts Ghazala n reveals how Sal was killed n was lying in her grave while Kai was posing as Sal . Gha is stunned n scared .

I find this whole story really strange - weird. There’s a women in coma who is lying in the house with no medical intervention, no medical aids to keep her alive. Another women is being held under a shower to bring her out of coma!!! Again no aids to keep her alive. No food, nothing! And NO one in the family can tell that the women living with them is not who she says she is! Considering the girls have grown up in the house, surely their relatives can tell the difference. The medical fraternity should object. But I suppose it doesn’t really matter as no one is watching this serial
