Kainat reveals she loved Zaroon n will marry none other than him . Kainaat too reveals she love Zaroon .

Sultanat confronts zaroon for manipulation n vouches to prevent Kainat Humza marriage n work for KainatZaroon marriage .

Zaroon thinks otherwise.
