Maybe. If it is the case then it's chilling how drinking, which may have led to her death, has now become the vehicle through which he can see her again via hallucinations.

She had a husband who was violent towards her and children who don't care about her. Thank goodness she has HS who loves her so much.

It must have hurt HS even more. His own mother died to his abusive father, and now here was his ghod li hui maa who was also getting beat up but he couldn't do much about it since he wasn't related to her by blood. And even if he tried to interfere, he might have ended up doing more damage than good.

I maybe overthinking things but surely he felt another round of helplessness at being unable to help Naeem Bi because of this? Which is why he exploded in the hospital when they kept harping on about blood ties, biological father, etc. He was an adult now and this time he was not going to let blood get in the way of doing what his heart told him was right.

To think that person became what he is today because of his grief. I must say all the pain didn't manage to strip him of his humor. His antics are still hilarious today.

Despite his trauma, he has managed to be so optimistic and has continued to spread that positivity to everyone around him. It would have been so easy to have him be the typical brooding, angry man like we've seen before but we got something entirely special out of him.

Yeah that's what I love about him too..All the tragedies and pain that he has experienced he just got wiser with it. He has no malice..even no sympathy gainer kind of attitude,also he believes in doing right things .In other shows I have liked some of angsty characters doing all wrong stuffs justified in name of revenge of past or just frozen heart whatever but this character was really eye opener and I really love him for that...it's so much positive and uplifting

absolutely agree... he has become wiser nd evolved so much as a human being i can feel it.. sometimes i m just appalled at his ability to speak the right words all the time in every situation. he has a great understanding of humans nd has a great sensitivity towards them which most of the "heroes" lack.. this man is amazing i love him!

Yes his level of understanding is amazing..the way he understood Minnie's reaction on finding about his love for babes.. and then how beautifully he explains to Minnie about the complications of his relationship with Babita and then that emotional support talk.. and giving Babita full choice to decide.. not forcing first with confession as he knew she wasn't ready.. there are so many instances that I have found him so understanding and it really helps in real life too when we start understanding other's perspective. I am sure he doesn't hold any grudge for Imarti's dad inspite of him accusing Hanuman for murdering his daughter.He would sympathetic to that man who wants him to go to jail and suffer..his ability to see other side is amazing..oh I can go on and on..

Have you checked out Y.A.R.O.? He is SO adorable in it!! It's kinda hard to believe he did that just 3 yrs ago.
