But yes, I would like to see what is the evidence against HS? Was there a witness? if so, who? did he/she lie or tell the truth? What exactly happened to Imrati? Was she attacked and the attacker fled and HS came in and Imrati died in his arms. So whosoever came in then might have thought HS killed her. Or was it something else.

Perhaps there was a third person ....let's c.

Also makes me wonder what the relations were like between Hanuman Uncle and his in-laws while Imarti was alive. I mean, he used to go along with Imarti to her maayka so it had to have been good on some level. And if they were good, then what happened to make them turn so heavily against Hanuman?

Maybe. I can't remember the exact dialogue but didn't he once tell Lala that if Ashok took the mother-daughter away, then he won't be able to hold himself back?

As for the in-laws, I'm really not sure. Were Hanuman Uncle and Imartiji fighting over something prior to her death?

Wait n watch. The makers will give clues. Btw, that HS haveli thread has two pics of his haveli, one with stair with railing and the other that we now see, without a railing. I keep imagining pregnant Imrati falling down the stairs.

Hmm, that's interesting. Cuz we haven't seen where the other staircase leads to. But if Imarti did fall, then wouldn't HS have installed a railing on the second one to prevent another accident?

Jean more than the stairs, I am curious what is the third angle in this plot. I mean what caused Imrati's death and why does her father think HS is the culprit. Everything about HS is foggy now. Kohra hai.

I think the initial storyline just had HS thinking about Imrati, then falling in love with Babes and after a while marrying her. The emphasis was probably more on Ashok Mita angle. But when they abruptly removed Ashok Mita, they expanded the HS backstory. They have to show some hurdle before the union. Although many are saying this is unexpected, etc..I will say the writer has been very clever. HS's past story had many loopholes. I think they might have done that intentionally to see if Sony would kept the show or axed it. They did it in a way where there was a possibility to expand but also a possibility of keeping it short depending on how long the show remained on the air.
