yes now it is total confusion, kai does not know that zaroon has told the family abt her doings .. now there should be a twist

Somehow I felt it's Saltanat who fell down.. Bcaz if she was all okay she would have called home, informed about whereabouts and tried to get Kainat to hospital asap.. That hooded person seems totally out of place in the story now.

MJ is unable to reveal any of the truth he learnt about Kainat's misdeeds ..

he does point out towards the gilrl whom every one is assuming to be Sal but its kai in disguise .. Zainab gets some hints but nothing concrete
