In islam If a man divorces his wife and later on wants to 're marry her, he can't do it in.a straightforward way . The lady has to marry another man and then that man has to divorce her so she can re marry her first husband.

Yes Ruby explained really well and I appreciate the effort that you have put in to explain me this concept. I have heard about this issue and I’m also aware that it is very controversial and debatable but I wasn’t aware the name associated to this is halala. Now I understand why this actually happens because earlier I thought it’s more of a punishment for women compared to men but if this can inflict fear in men about not abusing the talak system then it’s better....I don’t know that in reality whether men abuse the talak system as it is usually shown in dramas

I think umair will himself confess about the rape but eventually sadia will forgive him and accept him( even though I don't think he deserves forgiveness seeing his crimes/sin) she will move on with him and if Ahmer interferes she will tell him to back off.

But maybe Umair will still think Sadia loves ahmer and is with him ( umair) for the baby and the fact that Ahmer married zubi who is Sadia sister and Sadia won't want to break zubi house.

They will complicate things more I feel

It's not clear yet that umair will fall in love with Sadia, but most important is that he should feel guilty, repent and redeem himself. He can't get it it easy after all the mess. If he falls for her they maybe a confession in the end. He has a lot to make up for yet.

Still waiting to see how they portray umair innocent after all what he has done as per muneeb iv. Maybe they will show him help sadia patch up with her dad. After all he and Zubi were responsible for it
